4. Setup
4.1 Battery Installation
- Ensure the tool is switched off.
- Insert two 18V Power X-Change batteries (not included) into the battery slots on the tool until they click into place.
- To remove, press the release buttons on the batteries and pull them out.

4.2 Auxiliary Handle Adjustment
- Loosen the auxiliary handle by twisting its base counter-clockwise.
- Adjust the handle to a comfortable and secure position.
- Tighten the handle by twisting its base clockwise.

4.3 SDS-Plus Bit Insertion
- Clean the shank of the SDS-Plus drill bit.
- Insert the bit into the SDS-Plus tool holder until it locks into place. Pull on the bit to ensure it is securely fastened.
- To remove, pull back the locking sleeve on the tool holder and pull the bit out.

4.4 Depth Stop Adjustment
- Insert the depth stop into its designated hole.
- Adjust the depth stop to the desired drilling depth.
- Secure the depth stop in position.
