2. Important Safety Instructions
- Always ensure the appliance is unplugged from the power outlet before cleaning or when not in use.
- Do not immerse the appliance, cord, or plug in water or any other liquid.
- This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
- Keep children away from the appliance during operation, as surfaces can become hot.

3. Product Components

4. Setup
4.1 Unpacking and Initial Cleaning
- Carefully remove the bread maker and all accessories from the packaging.
- Wash the bread pan, kneading blade, measuring cup, and measuring spoon with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.
- Wipe the exterior of the bread maker with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
- Before first use, it is recommended to run the 'Bake' program (Program 15) for 10 minutes without any ingredients to burn off any manufacturing residues. Ensure good ventilation during this process.
4.2 Placement
Place the bread maker on a stable, flat, and heat-resistant surface. Ensure there is adequate space around the appliance for ventilation, especially above the lid, as steam will be released during operation.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Adding Ingredients
Always add ingredients in the order specified by your recipe, typically liquids first, followed by dry ingredients, and finally yeast. Ensure the kneading blade is properly installed in the bread pan before adding ingredients.
5.2 Control Panel Overview

- MENU Button: Press to cycle through the 19 available programs.
- WEIGHT Button: Selects the loaf size (500g, 750g, 1000g).
- COLOR SETTING Button: Adjusts the crust darkness (Light, Medium, Dark).
- TIMER +/- Buttons: Used to set the delay timer for deferred baking.
- START/STOP Button: Initiates or cancels a program.
5.3 Program Selection and Operation
- Select Program: Press the MENU button repeatedly until the desired program number appears on the LCD display. The TT-BM100 offers 19 programs, including:

- Select Loaf Size: Press the WEIGHT button to choose between 500g, 750g, or 1000g loaf sizes.
- Select Crust Color: Press the COLOR SETTING button to choose Light, Medium, or Dark crust.
- Start Baking: Press the START/STOP button once to begin the selected program. The colon in the time display will flash, indicating operation.

5.4 Delay Timer Function
To delay the start of a program, set your desired program, loaf size, and crust color. Then, use the TIMER +/- buttons to adjust the total time until the bread is ready. This includes the baking time. For example, if the program takes 3 hours and you want the bread ready in 8 hours, set the timer to 8:00. Press START/STOP to activate the delay timer. The maximum delay time is 15 hours.
5.5 Keep Warm Function
After a baking program finishes, the bread maker will automatically enter a 60-minute 'Keep Warm' cycle. This keeps the bread warm and fresh. To cancel, press and hold the START/STOP button.
5.6 Power Interruption Memory
The bread maker has a 10-minute power interruption memory. If power is lost for less than 10 minutes during operation, the program will resume automatically once power is restored. If the power outage exceeds 10 minutes, the program will reset, and you will need to restart the process.
6. Maintenance and Cleaning
6.1 Cleaning the Bread Pan and Kneading Blade
- After use, allow the bread pan and kneading blade to cool completely.
- Remove the bread pan from the appliance.
- If the kneading blade is stuck in the bread, use the dough hook remover to carefully extract it.
- Wash the bread pan and kneading blade with warm, soapy water. Do not use metal scouring pads or abrasive cleaners, as this can damage the non-stick coating.
- Rinse thoroughly and dry completely before storing or next use.
6.2 Cleaning the Exterior
- Wipe the exterior of the bread maker with a soft, damp cloth.
- Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
- Never immerse the main unit in water.
