Setup and Assembly

Follow these steps carefully to assemble your VASAGLE Tall Nightstand. It is recommended to have one person for assembly.

1. Unpack and Identify Parts: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Lay them out on a clean, soft surface. Refer to the parts list in your separate assembly diagram (if provided) to identify each piece.
2. Assemble the Frame: Begin by connecting the steel frame components. Insert screws into the designated holes and lightly tighten them. Do not fully tighten any screws until all frame parts are loosely assembled. This allows for adjustment and proper alignment.
3. Attach Top and Bottom Panels: Secure the rustic brown particleboard top and bottom shelf panels to the assembled steel frame using the provided fasteners. Ensure the X-shaped side frames are correctly oriented as shown in the diagram. The X-shaped side frames provide a reinforced structure for stability.

   

4. Assemble the Drawer: Construct the drawer box by connecting the side, front, and back panels. Ensure the drawer slides are correctly attached to the drawer sides and the main frame. Install the drawer knob onto the front panel.

   

5. Insert the Drawer: Carefully slide the assembled drawer into its designated slot within the nightstand frame. Ensure it moves smoothly.
6. Final Tightening: Once all components are in place and aligned, systematically tighten all screws and fasteners. Avoid overtightening to prevent damage to the particleboard.
7. Install Anti-Tip Kit: For safety, attach the anti-tip kit to the back of the nightstand and secure it to a wall stud according to the kit's instructions. This step is crucial to prevent the unit from tipping over.
