Setup and Charging
Battery Installation
The Stinger 2020 uses two Lithium Ion batteries (included). The SL-B26 USB rechargeable battery pack can be charged either inside or outside the flashlight.
Charging the Flashlight
The flashlight can be charged using existing Stinger smart chargers and bank chargers. A dual USB cord can be used to charge the battery pack outside the light, or a Li-ion battery bank charger can charge multiple batteries simultaneously.

Operating Instructions
Power On/Off
The flashlight can be turned on or off using either the head switch or the tail switch. Both function independently.
Selecting Light Modes
Use the intensity mode selector switch located on the body of the flashlight to choose between High, Medium, and Low light output. This allows for quick and direct access to the desired brightness level without cycling through modes.

Strobe Function

The Stinger 2020 is IPX7-rated, meaning it is protected against the effects of temporary immersion in water up to 1 meter for 30 minutes. Ensure all seals and caps are properly secured before exposure to water. This flashlight is not designed for diving or prolonged underwater use.
Troubleshooting
Flashlight Not Turning On
- Check if the battery is fully charged.
- Ensure the battery pack is correctly inserted.
- Verify that the head and tail switches are functioning correctly by pressing them firmly.
Dim Light Output
- Recharge the battery. Dim light often indicates a low battery level.
- Ensure the mode selector switch is set to the desired brightness level (High, Medium, or Low).
- Clean the lens with a soft cloth to remove any dirt or smudges that might obstruct light output.
