1. Introduction

This manual provides instructions for the installation, operation, and maintenance of your AG Neovo EH-24 24-inch IPS monitor. 3. Setup

3.1 Assembling the Stand

  1. Place the monitor face down on a soft, clean surface to prevent scratches.
  2. Attach the stand neck to the monitor's VESA mounting area. Ensure it clicks securely into place or is fastened with screws if provided.
  3. Attach the stand base to the bottom of the stand neck. Tighten the thumb screw or screws from the bottom of the base.

3.2 Connecting Cables

Ensure the monitor and your computer are powered off before making any connections.

  1. Power Connection: Connect the power cord to the monitor's AC input port and then to a power outlet.
  2. Video Connection: Connect one end of the HDMI, DisplayPort, or VGA cable to the corresponding port on your computer's graphics card and the other end to the monitor. Use only one video connection at a time.
  3. Audio Connection (Optional): If you wish to use the monitor's built-in speakers with a VGA connection or an external audio source, connect the audio cable from your computer's audio output to the monitor's Audio In port.

3.3 Ergonomic Adjustments

The EH-24 monitor features an ergonomic stand for optimal viewing comfort.

  • Height Adjustment: Gently push or pull the monitor up or down to adjust its height.
  • Tilt: Hold the top and bottom edges of the monitor and gently tilt it forward or backward to adjust the viewing angle.
  • Swivel: Rotate the monitor base left or right to adjust the horizontal viewing angle.
  • Pivot: Rotate the monitor 90 degrees clockwise or counter-clockwise to switch between landscape and portrait orientation. Ensure sufficient clearance before pivoting.

4. Operating the Monitor

4.1 Power On/Off

Press the power button located on the bottom right bezel of the monitor to turn it on or off. The power indicator light will illuminate when the monitor is on.

4.2 On-Screen Display (OSD) Menu

The OSD menu allows you to adjust various monitor settings. Use the buttons on the bottom right bezel to navigate.

  • Press the MENU button to open the OSD menu.
  • Use the < and > buttons to navigate through menu options.
  • Press the ENTER button (often the same as MENU or a dedicated button) to select an option or confirm a setting.
  • Press the EXIT button to close the OSD menu.

4.3 Input Source Selection

To switch between connected video sources (HDMI, DisplayPort, VGA):

  • Press the SOURCE button (or navigate through the OSD menu to 'Input Source').
  • Use the navigation buttons to select the desired input (e.g., HDMI, DisplayPort, VGA).
  • Confirm your selection.

4.4 Picture Settings

Adjust display characteristics through the OSD menu:

  • Brightness: Adjusts the overall luminance of the screen.
  • Contrast: Adjusts the difference between light and dark areas.
  • Color Temperature: Selects preset color modes (e.g., Warm, Cool, User).
