3. Setup

3.1 Inserting the TF Card

  1. Ensure the camera is powered off.
  2. Locate the TF card slot on the side of the camera.
  3. Gently insert the TF card (up to 128GB, not included) into the slot until it clicks into place.

3.2 Attaching/Removing Clips

The camera comes with dual clips for flexible attachment. The back clip can be removed if desired.

3.3 Setting Time and Date

To set the time and date stamp for your recordings, you may need to download a specific tool from the official BOBLOV website (Boblov.com). Please refer to the website for the latest instructions and software.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Power On/Off

Locate the power switch on the side of the camera. Slide it to the 'ON' position to power on the device. Slide it to the 'OFF' position to power off.

4.2 Recording Modes

The BOBLOV W1 supports multiple recording modes:

  • Audio Mode: Slide the designated switch to the audio icon to begin audio recording.
  • Video Mode: Slide the designated switch to the video icon to begin video recording.
  • Photo (Snap) Mode: Press the dedicated snap button to capture a still image.
  • Audio + Video Mode: The camera supports simultaneous audio and video recording when in video mode.

4.3 Loop Recording

The camera features loop recording. When the TF card is full, the oldest files will be automatically overwritten by new recordings. This ensures continuous recording without manual deletion of old files.

4.4 Charging While Recording

The BOBLOV W1 camera can be charged while it is actively recording. Connect the camera to a power bank, wall charger, or laptop using the provided USB cable for extended recording sessions.

4.5 Accessing Files

You can access recorded files using two primary methods:

  1. Direct USB Connection: Connect the camera to a computer using the USB cable. Ensure the camera is powered off before connecting. The computer should recognize the camera as a removable storage device.
  2. Card Reader: Remove the TF card from the camera and insert it into a compatible card reader. Connect the card reader to your computer to access the files.

5. Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the camera body. For the lens, use a specialized lens cleaning cloth and solution. Avoid abrasive materials or harsh chemicals.
  • Storage: Store the camera in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Ensure the battery is partially charged if storing for extended periods.
