Setup and Initial Use

  1. Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
  2. Clean: Before first use, wash the mixing bowl, splash guard, and all attachments (whisk, dough hook, beater) in warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry. The main motor unit should be wiped with a damp cloth.
  3. Position: Place the kitchen machine on a clean, dry, and stable surface.
  4. Attach Bowl: Place the stainless steel mixing bowl onto the base and turn it clockwise until it locks securely into place.
  5. Lift Head: Press the 'Push' button (or release lever) on the side of the motor unit and lift the tilt-head upwards until it locks.

  1. Add Ingredients: Place your ingredients into the mixing bowl.
  2. Connect Power: Plug the appliance into a suitable power outlet (230V).
  3. Select Speed: Turn the speed control dial to the desired setting (1-6).
    • Speeds 1-2: For kneading heavy doughs (use dough hook).
    • Speeds 3-4: For mixing batters, mashed potatoes (use beater).
