Setup

  1. Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
  2. Placement: Place the humidifier on a flat, stable surface. Ensure it is not directly on absorbent materials and is away from electronic devices.
  3. Fill Water Tank:
    • Remove the water tank from the base.
    • Unscrew the water inlet cap at the bottom of the tank.
    • Fill the tank with clean, cool tap water. Do not use hot water.
    • Securely screw the water inlet cap back on. Ensure it is tightly sealed to prevent leaks.

  4. Automatic Shut-Off: The humidifier is equipped with an automatic shut-off feature. When the water level in the tank is too low, the unit will automatically turn off, and the power indicator light may change color or turn off.
  5. Power Off: Rotate the control dial counter-clockwise until it clicks into the 'OFF' position. Unplug the unit when not in use.

Maintenance and Cleaning

Regular cleaning is essential to maintain optimal performance and hygiene. It is recommended to clean the humidifier every 1-2 days, especially if used frequently.

Daily Maintenance:

  • Unplug the unit and empty any remaining water from the tank and base.
  • Rinse the water tank and base with clean water.
  • Wipe down the surfaces with a clean, dry cloth.

Weekly Cleaning (or as needed):

  • Descaling the Base: If mineral deposits (white residue) accumulate in the base, fill the base with a mixture of equal parts white vinegar and water. Let it soak for 20-30 minutes.
  • Cleaning the Transducer: Use the provided cleaning brush or a soft brush to gently clean the ultrasonic transducer (the small disc in the center of the base). Do not scrub aggressively.
  • Cleaning the Water Tank: Use a bottle brush or a soft cloth to clean the inside of the water tank. For stubborn mineral buildup, a vinegar solution can also be used.
  • Rinse all components thoroughly with clean water until the vinegar smell is gone.
  • Allow all parts to air dry completely before reassembling or storing.

Warning: Do not use essential oils or other additives in the water tank. These can cause damage to the unit, lead to mold growth, and potentially clog internal components, which may not be covered under warranty.
