The Luminous Power Sine 1100 Inverter is designed for straightforward installation. Please follow these steps carefully to ensure proper and safe operation.

2.1. Unpacking and Inspection

• Carefully remove the inverter from its packaging.
• Verify that all included components are present: 1 Inverter.
• Inspect the inverter for any physical damage. If damage is found, do not proceed with installation and contact customer support.

2.2. Battery Connection

This inverter is compatible with 1 unit of 12V inverter battery with a capacity ranging from 80Ah to 220Ah. It supports all types of batteries such as flat plate, tubular, and SMF. Ensure the battery is purchased separately.

1. Place the inverter on a stable, flat surface, ensuring adequate ventilation around the unit.
2. Connect the red cable from the inverter to the positive (+) terminal of the 12V battery.
3. Connect the black cable from the inverter to the negative (-) terminal of the 12V battery.
4. Ensure all connections are tight and secure to prevent loose contacts and sparking.

2.3. Mains Power Connection

Plug the inverter's mains power cord into a suitable wall outlet. The inverter will begin charging the battery if it is not fully charged.

Note: Battery has to be purchased separately. Load chart represents indicative loads which can be run on the inverter. For effective results, it is recommended to run loads not more than 80% of the peak load. Backup time depends on power consumption of the appliances and health/age of the inverter. Backup times mentioned are for a new and fully charged battery under test environment.
