6. Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the camera body and screen. Do not use liquid cleaners or abrasive materials.
  • Thermal Paper Care: Thermal paper is sensitive to heat. Avoid storing the camera or printed photos in direct sunlight or hot environments (e.g., inside a car) to prevent fading or damage to the prints.
  • Battery Care: To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the battery frequently. Recharge the camera regularly, even if not in use for extended periods.
  • Storage: Store the camera in a cool, dry place away from extreme temperatures and humidity.

7. Troubleshooting

  • Camera Not Turning On: Ensure the battery is charged. If the issue persists, try resetting the camera by inserting a thin pin into the Restart Hole.
  • Printing Issues:
    • Check if print paper is loaded correctly and not jammed.
    • Ensure the print paper compartment lid is securely closed.
    • Adjust print density in the settings if prints are too light or dark.
    • Verify that the "Only Print" or "Photo and Print" option is selected.
  • "Memory Full" Error: Delete unnecessary photos/videos from the album or replace the TF card with a new one. Ensure the TF card is properly inserted.
  • Unresponsive Screen/Buttons: Try resetting the camera using the Restart Hole.
