4. Setup and Installation

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Arming and Disarming

  • Arm: Press the Arm button on the remote control once to arm the system. The vehicle lights will flash, and the siren will chirp once. The remote LCD will display the armed status.
  • Disarm: Press the Disarm button on the remote control once to disarm the system. The vehicle lights will flash twice, and the siren will chirp twice. The remote LCD will display the disarmed status.

5.2 Remote Trunk Release

To open your vehicle's trunk remotely, press and hold the Trunk Release button on the remote control for approximately 3 seconds. Ensure the vehicle is disarmed before attempting to open the trunk.

5.3 Mute Alarm

To arm the system without siren chirps, press the Mute Arm button. The system will arm silently, indicated by vehicle light flashes only.

5.4 Panic / Car Finding

In a situation where you need to locate your car or deter a potential threat, press the Car Locating/Panic Mode button. The siren will sound, and the vehicle lights will flash, helping you find your car or draw attention.

5.5 Central Door Locking Automation

This feature automatically locks the vehicle doors when the ignition is turned on and the vehicle reaches a certain speed, or when the system is armed. Doors will unlock when the ignition is turned off.

5.6 Re-arming Automatically

If the system is disarmed but no door is opened within a set time (e.g., 30 seconds), the system will automatically re-arm itself to prevent accidental disarming and maintain security.

5.7 Valet Mode
