Setup
1. Unpacking and Placement
- Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
- Place the turntable on a stable, level surface away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and excessive vibration.
2. Platter and Belt Installation
- Gently place the platter onto the spindle.
- Locate the drive belt on the underside of the platter. Carefully stretch the belt around the motor pulley.
- Place the felt mat on top of the platter.
3. Dust Cover Installation
- Attach the hinges to the dust cover.
- Insert the dust cover hinges into the corresponding slots on the turntable unit.
4. Tonearm and Stylus Setup
- Remove the stylus protector from the cartridge. Handle with care to avoid damaging the stylus.
- Ensure the tonearm is balanced and the tracking force is set correctly (recommended stylus pressure: 3.5g).
Operating Instructions
1. Connecting to an Audio System
- Connect the audio cables from the DP-26F to the PHONO input on your amplifier if it has one.
- If your amplifier does not have a PHONO input, connect the audio cables to a LINE input (e.g., AUX, CD) and ensure the PHONO/LINE selector switch on the turntable is set to "LINE".
- Connect the power adapter to the turntable and then to a power outlet.
2. Playing a Record
- Place a record on the platter.
- Select the appropriate speed (33-1/3 or 45 rpm) using the speed selector switch. The turntable automatically detects record size.
- Press the START/STOP button to begin playback. The tonearm will automatically move to the record and lower the stylus.
3. Stopping Playback
- Press the START/STOP button. The tonearm will automatically lift, return to its rest position, and the platter will stop rotating.
- Alternatively, you can manually lift the tonearm using the cueing lever and return it to the rest.

1. Cleaning the Stylus
- Regularly clean the stylus using a soft brush designed for stylus cleaning, brushing from back to front.
- Avoid touching the stylus with your fingers.
2. Cleaning the Turntable
- Wipe the dust cover and cabinet with a soft, dry cloth.

3. Stylus Replacement
