Setup and Preparation

Preparing the Hot/Cold Insert:

The removable insert can be used for either hot or cold therapy. Always remove the insert from the eye mask cover before heating or cooling.

For Cold Therapy:

• Place the insert in a freezer-safe bag.
• Freeze for at least 30 minutes.
• Insert into the eye mask cover before use.

For Hot Therapy:

• Place the insert in a microwave-safe container.
• Microwave on high for 10-15 seconds. Do not overheat.
• Carefully check the temperature before placing it into the eye mask cover. If additional warmth is desired, heat in 5-second increments.
