4. Application Instructions

4. Apply with Overlap: Continue wrapping, overlapping each previous layer by approximately one-half to two-thirds of the wrap's width. Apply with the desired amount of tension. For light support, apply with minimal tension. For compression, apply with moderate tension, ensuring it is not too tight.
5. Secure the End: Once the desired area is covered, cut the wrap. Press the end firmly onto the underlying layer of the wrap. The self-adherent material will bond to itself, securing the wrap in place.
6. Check Circulation: After application, check for signs of impaired circulation (e.g., numbness, tingling, coolness, blue discoloration). If any are present, remove and reapply less tightly.
