2. Safety Instructions

Always observe the following safety precautions to prevent injury or damage to the product:

  • Ensure the power supply is disconnected before installation or maintenance.
  • Installation should be performed by a qualified electrician in accordance with local electrical codes.
  • Do not exceed the specified input voltage or output current.
  • Protect the driver from moisture and extreme temperatures. The IP42 rating indicates protection against solid objects larger than 1mm and splashing water.
  • Do not open the casing of the LED driver. There are no user-serviceable parts inside.
  • Ensure proper ventilation around the driver to prevent overheating.

3. Setup and Installation

Follow these steps for proper installation of the LED driver:

  1. Preparation: Disconnect all power to the circuit where the LED driver will be installed. Ensure you have the necessary tools (wire strippers, screwdriver, multimeter).
  2. Mounting: The driver is designed for panel mounting. Secure it in a location that allows for adequate ventilation and is protected from physical damage.
  3. Input Wiring (AC): Connect the AC input wires to the clearly marked terminals. The input voltage range is 200-240V AC, 50/60Hz.
    • Connect the Live (L) wire to the AC-L terminal.
    • Connect the Neutral (N) wire to the AC-N terminal.
