2. Important Safety Instructions

4. Setup
- Choose a Pot: Select a heat-resistant pot or container with a capacity of up to 21 quarts (approximately 20 liters).
- Attach the Cooker: Securely attach the Quickstick Flex to the side of your chosen pot using the adjustable clamp. Ensure it is firmly in place.
- Fill with Water: Fill the pot with water. The water level must be between the MIN and MAX markings on the immersion cooker. Do not exceed the MAX line to prevent water from entering the control head.
- Place Food: Place your vacuum-sealed food into the water bath. Ensure the food is fully submerged.
- Connect Power: Plug the power cord into a standard 110-120V ~ 50-60 Hz electrical outlet.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Power On/Off
Once plugged in, the device will enter standby mode. Press the power button on the LCD touch display to turn the unit on.
5.2 Setting Temperature
- On the LCD touch display, press the 'SET TEMP' button.
- Use the '+' and '-' buttons to adjust the desired cooking temperature. The temperature range is 32-194 °F (0-95 °C).
- Press 'SET' to confirm the temperature. The device will begin heating the water to the set temperature.

5.3 Setting Timer
- On the LCD touch display, press the 'WORK TIME' button.
- Use the '+' and '-' buttons to set the desired cooking time (up to 60 minutes, or continuous operation if not set).
- Press 'SET' to confirm the time. The timer will start once the target temperature is reached.
5.4 3D Circulation

6. Maintenance and Cleaning
