4. Setup

4.1 Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge your iGen300s. The unit can be charged using one of three methods:

  • AC Wall Charger: Connect the included AC adapter to a standard wall outlet. Charging time is approximately 5 hours.
  • 12V Car Charger: Connect the included car charger to your vehicle's 12V DC outlet. Charging time is approximately 5-7 hours.
  • Solar Panel (Optional): Connect a compatible solar panel (not included) to the DC input port. Charging time is approximately 5-7 hours, depending on sunlight intensity.

4.2 Connecting Devices

The iGen300s offers a variety of output ports to connect your devices.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Powering On/Off

To power on the unit, press and hold the main power button until the LED display illuminates. To power off, press and hold the button again.

5.2 Using AC Outlets

Press the AC button to activate the 120V AC outlets. The LED display will show 'AC' and the current wattage output. Ensure your device's power requirements do not exceed 300W continuous or 600W peak.

5.3 Using USB and DC Ports

USB and DC ports are typically active when the unit is powered on. The LED display will indicate 'USB' or 'DC' and their respective wattage outputs when in use.

7. Limitations

The Westinghouse iGen300s is designed for portable power needs but has limitations on continuous output. It will not support continuous output over 300W.
