Setup

  1. Before first use, wash all non-electrical parts (egg trays, measuring cup, poacher/scrambled bowl, and lid) in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry.
  2. Wipe the heating plate with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the base in water.
  3. Place the egg cooker on a stable, heat-resistant surface near an electrical outlet.

Operating Instructions

Hard-Boiled, Medium-Boiled, or Soft-Boiled Eggs

  1. Using the measuring cup, fill with water to the desired level (SOFT, MEDIUM, or HARD) based on how many eggs you are cooking (1 or 2 trays).
  2. Pour the measured water directly onto the heating plate in the cooker base.
  3. Use the piercing tip on the bottom of the measuring cup to gently poke a small hole in the large end of each egg. This helps prevent cracking during cooking and makes peeling easier.
  4. Place the egg tray(s) onto the heating plate. Arrange eggs with the pierced end facing upwards. The cooker can accommodate up to 14 eggs using both trays.
  5. Cover the cooker with the clear lid.
  6. Plug the unit into an electrical outlet and push the ON/OFF lever. The LED-lighted Power Gauge will indicate the unit is operating.
  7. Once the water has evaporated and the eggs are cooked, the alarm will sound. Push the ON/OFF lever to the OFF position and unplug the unit.
  8. Carefully remove the lid (steam will be hot) and egg tray(s) using the cool-touch handles. Immediately rinse eggs under cold water or place them in an ice bath to stop the cooking process and aid in peeling.
Steps for cooking eggs: fill measuring cup to desired level, pour water onto cooking plate, turn on unit, and examples of soft, medium, and hard-boiled eggs.

  4. For scrambled eggs/omelets: Whisk eggs with desired ingredients (milk, cheese, vegetables) and pour into the bowl.
  5. Place the poacher/scrambled bowl onto the egg tray.
  6. Cover the cooker with the clear lid.
  7. Plug the unit into an electrical outlet and push the ON/OFF lever.
  8. Once the water has evaporated and the eggs are cooked, the alarm will sound. Push the ON/OFF lever to the OFF position and unplug the unit.
  9. Carefully remove the lid and poacher/scrambled bowl. Serve immediately.
