Setup
- Before first use, wash all non-electrical parts (egg trays, measuring cup, poacher/scrambled bowl, and lid) in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry.
- Wipe the heating plate with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the base in water.
- Place the egg cooker on a stable, heat-resistant surface near an electrical outlet.
Operating Instructions
Hard-Boiled, Medium-Boiled, or Soft-Boiled Eggs
- Using the measuring cup, fill with water to the desired level (SOFT, MEDIUM, or HARD) based on how many eggs you are cooking (1 or 2 trays).
- Pour the measured water directly onto the heating plate in the cooker base.
- Use the piercing tip on the bottom of the measuring cup to gently poke a small hole in the large end of each egg. This helps prevent cracking during cooking and makes peeling easier.
- Place the egg tray(s) onto the heating plate. Arrange eggs with the pierced end facing upwards. The cooker can accommodate up to 14 eggs using both trays.
- Cover the cooker with the clear lid.
- Plug the unit into an electrical outlet and push the ON/OFF lever. The LED-lighted Power Gauge will indicate the unit is operating.
- Once the water has evaporated and the eggs are cooked, the alarm will sound. Push the ON/OFF lever to the OFF position and unplug the unit.
- Carefully remove the lid (steam will be hot) and egg tray(s) using the cool-touch handles. Immediately rinse eggs under cold water or place them in an ice bath to stop the cooking process and aid in peeling.

Poached Eggs, Scrambled Eggs, or Omelets
- Follow steps 1 and 2 from the Hard-Boiled Eggs instructions for water measurement.
- Lightly grease the poacher/scrambled bowl with cooking spray or butter.
- For poached eggs: Crack up to two eggs into the bowl.
- For scrambled eggs/omelets: Whisk eggs with desired ingredients (milk, cheese, vegetables) and pour into the bowl.
- Place the poacher/scrambled bowl onto the egg tray.
- Cover the cooker with the clear lid.
- Plug the unit into an electrical outlet and push the ON/OFF lever.
- Once the water has evaporated and the eggs are cooked, the alarm will sound. Push the ON/OFF lever to the OFF position and unplug the unit.
- Carefully remove the lid and poacher/scrambled bowl. Serve immediately.
Steaming Vegetables or Dumplings
- Fill the measuring cup with water to the 'HARD' level. Pour water onto the heating plate.
