Setup
LifePro Sonic Percussion Massage Gun
- Initial Charge: Before first use, fully charge the massage gun. Connect the charging cable to the 16.8V charging port located on the front LED panel. The LED indicators will show charging progress.
- Attach Massage Head: Select the desired massage head and firmly insert it into the opening at the front of the massage gun. Ensure it is securely seated before operation.
Signature Series Resistance Band
The resistance band requires no specific setup. It is ready for use directly out of the package.
Operating Instructions
LifePro Sonic Percussion Massage Gun
- Power On/Off: Locate the on/off switch on the front LED panel. Slide it to the 'ON' position to power on the device. Slide to 'OFF' to power off.
- Adjust Speed: The vibration level switch is conveniently located where your index finger rests. Press this button to cycle through the 5 intensity levels:
- Level 1: 20Hz (Low pressure)
- Level 2: 30Hz (Moderate)
- Level 3: 35Hz (Strong)
- Level 4: 40Hz (Intense)
- Level 5: 45Hz (Powerful)
- Application: Gently apply the massage gun to the desired muscle group. Move the device slowly over the muscle, applying light to moderate pressure. Avoid pressing too hard or staying in one spot for too long.
Interchangeable Massage Heads
The Sonic massage gun comes with 5 different heads, each designed for specific applications:
- Round Head: Ideal for improving recovery and reducing muscle soreness with gentle oblique impact.
- Spinal Head: Designed to loosen up tough back tissue and improve flexibility, particularly along the spine.
- Bullet Head (x2): Specifically designed to target joints and trigger points, and release muscle knots.
- Flat Head: Suitable for muscles and areas that require a deeper tissue massage.

Signature Series Resistance Band
The fabric resistance band is versatile and can be used for a variety of exercises and purposes:
- Stretching and Strengthening: Suitable for assisted chin-ups and dips, and for training arms, back, shoulders, legs, and glutes. Use for warm-ups before workouts and stretching afterward.
- Pull Up Progression: Use the band to assist your lifts, offsetting body weight to achieve more repetitions and increase strength faster.
- Joint Distraction: Can be used for joint distraction to help separate and allow fluid movement of the joint.
- Versatile Use: Fold the band for increased tension, tie a knot to create a loop band, or wrap it around your hands for a secure grip.

Maintenance
Cleaning
- Massage Gun: Wipe the massage gun with a slightly damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. Ensure the device is powered off and unplugged before cleaning.
- Massage Heads: The massage heads can be cleaned with mild soap and water. Rinse thoroughly and allow to air dry completely before reattaching.
- Resistance Band: Hand wash the fabric resistance band with mild soap and cold water. Air dry flat. Do not machine wash or tumble dry.
Storage
Store both the massage gun and resistance band in their custom storage and travel case when not in use. Keep them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
Troubleshooting
- Unit Not Turning On: Ensure the massage gun is fully charged. Connect it to the charger and allow sufficient time for charging. Check the power switch on the front LED panel is in the 'ON' position.
- Power Button Issues (Not Turning Off): If the power button does not respond, ensure the device is not stuck between settings. If the issue persists after charging and restarting, contact customer support.
- Weak Vibration: Ensure the battery is sufficiently charged. If the vibration remains weak, the motor may require service.
- Massage Head Not Staying On: Ensure the massage head is firmly inserted into the device. If it continues to detach, inspect the head and the device opening for any damage or debris.
