Setup Guide

Powering On/Off

  1. Charging: Before first use, fully charge the projector using the provided power adapter. The charging indicator will show status.
  2. Power On: Press and hold the Power button on the projector or remote control until the indicator light turns on and the projector starts up.
  3. Power Off: Press and hold the Power button again until the projector shuts down.

Initial Placement and Focus

  1. Placement: Place the projector on a stable, flat surface. Use the included tripod for optimal positioning and angle adjustment.
  2. Projection Distance: Adjust the distance between the projector and the projection surface (wall or screen) to achieve your desired screen size (24-60 inches).
  3. Focus Adjustment: Rotate the focus wheel near the lens until the projected image appears clear and sharp.

Connecting Devices

The Bitmore FLIX Projector supports various input methods:

  • HDMI: Connect laptops, gaming consoles (PS4), Blu-ray players, or other HDMI-enabled devices using an HDMI cable. Select the HDMI input source from the projector's menu.
  • USB/Micro SD: Insert a USB drive or Micro SD card into the respective port. The projector will automatically detect the storage and allow you to browse media files.
  • AV: Use the provided AV cable to connect older devices like DVD players or set-top boxes. Select the AV input source.
  • Wireless (Miracast/Screen Mirroring): For wireless screen mirroring from iOS or Android devices, navigate to the Miracast/Screen Mirroring option in the projector's menu. Follow the on-screen instructions to connect your smartphone or tablet. Ensure both devices are on the same Wi-Fi network.

Operating Instructions

Navigating the Interface

Use the navigation buttons on the projector or remote control to move through the main menu and select desired functions (e.g., Movie, Music, Photo, Text, Input Source, Settings).

Media Playback (USB/Micro SD)

  1. Insert your USB drive or Micro SD card.
  2. Select the appropriate media type (Movie, Music, Photo, Text) from the main menu.
  3. Browse your files and select the one you wish to play.
  4. Use the Play/Pause, Volume, and navigation buttons to control playback.

Wireless Screen Mirroring (Miracast)

  1. Ensure the projector is connected to a Wi-Fi network.
  2. Select the 'Miracast' or 'Screen Mirroring' option from the projector's main menu.
  3. On your smartphone or tablet, enable screen mirroring/casting (e.g., Smart View, Screen Cast, Wireless Display).
  4. Select the projector's name from the list of available devices on your phone.
  5. Your device's screen will now be mirrored on the projector.

Audio Output

The projector has an integrated speaker. For enhanced audio, you can connect external speakers or headphones via the 3.5mm audio output jack.
