Setup
1. Powering the Device
The monitor can be powered by either AA batteries or the included power adapter.
- Battery Installation: Open the battery compartment on the back of the device. Insert 4 AA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-). Close the compartment.
- Power Adapter: If using the AC adapter, plug it into the DC port on the side of the monitor and then into a wall outlet. Do not install batteries if using the AC adapter.

2. Connecting the Cuff
Insert the air tube connector of the arm cuff firmly into the air jack on the left side of the monitor.

Operating Instructions
1. Applying the Arm Cuff
- Ensure your arm is bare or has thin clothing (less than 5mm thick).
- Sit upright with your feet flat on the floor.
- Place the cuff on your left upper arm, 2-3 cm (0.8-1.2 inches) above the elbow. The air tube should run down the center of your arm.
- Wrap the cuff snugly around your arm, ensuring it is not too tight or too loose.
- Position your arm on a flat surface so the cuff is at heart level. Relax your hand with the palm facing upwards.

2. Taking a Measurement
- Press the Power button to turn on the monitor. The device will automatically begin inflation and measurement.
- Remain still and do not talk during the measurement. The voice broadcast will guide you.
- Once the measurement is complete, the monitor will display your Systolic (SYS), Diastolic (DIA) blood pressure, and Pulse rate. The voice broadcast will announce the results and provide an intelligent diagnosis (normal or abnormal).
- The results are automatically saved in the memory.

3. Memory Function
The monitor stores up to 99 readings. To view past measurements:
- Press the Memory button to cycle through stored readings.
- The device will also display the average of the last three measurements.

4. Tips for Use
- Wait at least 3 minutes between measurements.
- Sit still at least 5 minutes before measurement.
- Measure at least 30 minutes after eating, bathing, or exercising.
- Do not stand, move, or talk during measurement.
- Do not drink coffee, alcohol, or smoke before measurement.
- Do not wear thick clothes; better to wear short sleeve (thickness < 5mm) during measurement.
- Read the user manual before using this monitor.
- Do not diagnose with the measurement. Please follow doctor's instruction.

Maintenance
- Clean the monitor and cuff with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the device in water.
- Store the device in the provided storage bag in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Remove batteries if the device will not be used for an extended period.
Troubleshooting
