• VoiceIA Noise Reduction Technology

  The EMEET Luna incorporates exclusive upgraded VoiceIA technology, designed to effectively eliminate distracting background noises such as air conditioning hum, keyboard clicks, and general ambient sounds. This ensures your voice is clear and prominent during calls.

• Ultra-clear Sound & Speech Enhancement

  Equipped with an auto-vocal-increase function, the EMEET Luna intelligently identifies the distance of the sound source and automatically adjusts the volume to achieve balanced audio output. This feature provides a smooth call experience and can reduce the need for prolonged headphone use. The speaker's maximum volume is 85 dB, suitable for larger conference rooms.

• Multi-Microphone Array & 360° Voice Pickup

  The EMEET Luna features a 3-microphone array that provides 360° omnidirectional voice pickup, ensuring that all voices around the device are captured clearly. This full-duplex capability allows for natural, simultaneous conversation without interruptions.

• Daisy Chain Functionality

  For larger meetings, two EMEET Luna conference speakers can be connected via a special daisy-chain cable (sold separately, ASIN: B087G5MFN1). This expands the coverage area, supporting up to 16 attendees, and provides a more stable wired connection compared to wireless alternatives. The device also features an automatic shut-off after one hour of inactivity to conserve battery life.

• Multiple Connectivity Options & Portable Design

  The EMEET Luna offers flexible connectivity via USB, Bluetooth, AUX, and a dedicated USB dongle. It is a plug-and-play device, requiring no driver installation, and is compatible with leading communication platforms such as Zoom, Skype for Business, and WebEx. Setup

Initial Setup

1. Charging: Before first use, fully charge the EMEET Luna using the provided USB cable. Connect the USB cable to the speakerphone and a power source (e.g., computer USB port, USB wall adapter). The LED indicators will show charging status.
2. Power On: Press and hold the power button (⏻) for a few seconds until the LED indicators light up.

Connecting to Devices

The EMEET Luna offers multiple ways to connect to your devices:

• USB Connection (Plug & Play):
  1. Connect the EMEET Luna to your computer using the supplied USB cable.
  2. The device will be automatically recognized by your operating system. No drivers are required.
  3. Select "EMEET Luna" as your audio input (microphone) and output (speaker) device in your computer's sound settings or conferencing software.
• Bluetooth Connection:
  1. Press the Bluetooth button (➿) on the EMEET Luna until the LED indicators flash blue, indicating pairing mode.
  2. On your device (smartphone, tablet, computer), enable Bluetooth and search for "EMEET Luna" in the list of available devices.
  3. Select "EMEET Luna" to pair. Once connected, the blue LEDs will become solid.
• USB Dongle Connection:
  1. Insert the USB dongle (A200) into an available USB port on your computer.
  2. The EMEET Luna will automatically connect to the dongle. The LED indicators will show a solid blue light when connected.
  3. Select "EMEET Luna" as your audio input and output device in your computer's sound settings or conferencing software.
• AUX Connection:
  1. Connect an AUX cable (not included) from the AUX port on the EMEET Luna to the audio output port of your device.
  2. This connection is for audio output only; the microphone will not function via AUX.

The EMEET Luna is compatible with various leading conferencing platforms, including Zoom, Skype for Business, WebEx, Microsoft Teams, GoTo Meeting, FaceTime, and Google Meet.

Advanced Functions

• VoiceIA Noise Reduction: This feature is typically active by default. If you experience excessive background noise, ensure the VoiceIA function is enabled through the EMEETLink software (if available for your model) or by checking the device's current mode.
• Directional Audio Indicators: The LED lights on the device indicate the direction from which audio is being picked up, allowing you to visually confirm the active microphone array.
• Daisy Chain Mode: To connect two EMEET Luna units for expanded coverage (up to 16 attendees), use the dedicated daisy-chain cable (sold separately). Connect one end of the cable to the "Daisy Chain In" port on the first unit and the other end to the "Daisy Chain Out" port on the second unit. Ensure both units are powered on.

Maintenance

To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your EMEET Luna speakerphone, follow these maintenance guidelines:

• Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the exterior of the device. Do not use liquid cleaners or aerosols directly on the speakerphone.
• Storage: When not in use, store the device in its provided carrying case to protect it from dust and physical damage.
• Environment: Avoid exposing the device to extreme temperatures, direct sunlight, high humidity, or corrosive substances. The device is not waterproof.
