4. Assembly Instructions

4.1. Uncrating and Initial Inspection
- Carefully cut the straps securing the cardboard box and remove the outer packaging.
- Remove the metal frame by unscrewing the bolts.
- Carefully lift the bike from the frame.
4.2. Handlebar Assembly
- Unwrap the handlebars and handlebar clamps.
- Position the handlebars in the clamps on the triple tree.
- Secure the handlebar clamps with the provided bolts, ensuring they are tightened evenly.
- Attach the handlebar pad to the center of the handlebars.
4.3. Front Wheel and Brake Assembly
- Remove the front wheel from its packaging.
- Insert the wheel axle through the front fork and wheel hub.
- Attach the front brake caliper to the fork mount and secure it with bolts.
- Ensure the brake disc is properly aligned within the caliper.
