1. Introduction and Overview

This manual provides essential information for the safe assembly, operation, and maintenance of your X-PRO Storm 125cc Dirt Bike. 4. Assembly Instructions

Some assembly is required for your dirt bike, including the handlebar brackets, wheels, brakes, number plate, and fender. Refer to the video below for a detailed visual guide.

4.1. Uncrating and Initial Inspection

1. Carefully cut the straps securing the cardboard box and remove the outer packaging.
2. Remove the metal frame by unscrewing the bolts.
3. Carefully lift the bike from the frame.

4.2. Handlebar Assembly

1. Unwrap the handlebars and handlebar clamps.
2. Position the handlebars in the clamps on the triple tree.
3. Secure the handlebar clamps with the provided bolts, ensuring they are tightened evenly.
4. Attach the handlebar pad to the center of the handlebars.

4.3. Front Wheel and Brake Assembly

1. Remove the front wheel from its packaging.
2. Insert the wheel axle through the front fork and wheel hub.
3. Attach the front brake caliper to the fork mount and secure it with bolts.
4. Ensure the brake disc is properly aligned within the caliper.

4.4. Front Fender and Number Plate Installation

1. Attach the front fender to the designated mounting points on the lower triple clamp.
2. Secure the number plate to the front of the handlebars using the provided fasteners.

5. Pre-Ride Checks

6. Operating Instructions

6.1. Starting the Engine

1. Turn the fuel valve to the ON position.
2. If the engine is cold, engage the choke.
3. Place the bike in neutral.
4. Use the kick-starter to start the engine. Once started, disengage the choke.

6.2. Shifting Gears (4-Speed Manual Transmission)

The X-PRO Storm 125cc features a 4-speed manual transmission. Familiarize yourself with the clutch and gear shifter before riding.

1. To shift up, pull in the clutch lever, lift the gear shifter with your foot, and release the clutch smoothly.
2. To shift down, pull in the clutch lever, press the gear shifter down with your foot, and release the clutch smoothly.

6.3. Braking and Stopping

The bike is equipped with front and rear disc brakes.

• Apply both front and rear brakes smoothly and evenly to slow down or stop.
• Avoid sudden or harsh braking, especially on loose surfaces, to prevent skidding.

7. Maintenance

• Oil Changes: Regularly change the engine oil according to the recommended schedule in the separate owner's manual.
• Air Filter: Clean or replace the air filter periodically, especially after riding in dusty conditions.
• Chain Maintenance: Keep the drive chain clean, lubricated, and properly tensioned.
