3.3 Leveling

Adjust the leveling feet at the bottom of the appliance to ensure it is perfectly stable and level. An unlevel machine can cause excessive vibration and noise.

3.4 Water Connection

Connect the inlet hoses to the hot and cold water taps and to the corresponding inlets on the back of the machine. Ensure all connections are tight to prevent leaks.

3.5 Drainage

Securely attach the drain hose to a standpipe or laundry tub, ensuring it is properly positioned to prevent siphoning or backflow.

3.6 Power Connection

Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet. Do not use extension cords or adapters.

3.7 Initial Use

Before washing clothes for the first time, run an empty wash cycle with a small amount of detergent to clean the drum and remove any manufacturing residues.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Control Panel Overview

The control panel features a central program selector dial, a digital display, and various function buttons for customizing cycles.

4.2 Loading Laundry

Open the door and load items loosely into the drum. Do not overload the machine, as this can affect washing and drying performance. Close the door firmly.

4.3 Adding Detergent and Softener

Pull out the detergent dispenser drawer. Add appropriate amounts of detergent to the main wash compartment and fabric softener to its designated compartment. Refer to detergent packaging for dosage recommendations.

4.4 Selecting a Program

Turn the program selector dial to choose the desired wash or dry cycle. The display will show the default settings for the selected program. Available cycles include:

  • Wash Cycles (4 options): Cotton, Synthetics, Delicates, Quick Wash.
  • Dry Cycles (2 options): Sensor Dry, Timed Dry.
  • Special Features: Pure Steam (for deep cleaning and wrinkle reduction), Allergy/Baby Steam (for allergen removal), Wi-Fi (for remote control).

4.5 Starting a Cycle

Press the Start/Pause button to begin the selected program. The machine will automatically proceed through the wash and/or dry phases.

4.6 Wi-Fi Connectivity

Download the Hisense ConnectLife app on your smartphone. Follow the in-app instructions to connect your washer-dryer to your home Wi-Fi network. This allows for remote monitoring and control of your appliance.

4.7 Power-Off Memory

In the event of a power outage, the integrated memory function will store the current cycle progress. Once power is restored, the machine will resume the cycle from where it left off.

5. Maintenance and Care

5.1 Cleaning the Exterior

Wipe the exterior surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.

5.2 Cleaning the Drum

Periodically run a 'Drum Clean' cycle (if available) or a hot wash cycle without laundry and with a small amount of detergent to prevent odor and residue buildup.

5.3 Cleaning the Detergent Dispenser

Remove the detergent dispenser drawer and rinse it under running water to clear any detergent or softener residue. Reinsert it securely.

5.4 Cleaning the Drain Filter

Regularly check and clean the drain filter, usually located at the bottom front of the machine. This prevents blockages and ensures efficient drainage.

5.5 Door Seal Care

After each use, wipe the door seal dry to prevent mold and mildew growth. Leave the door slightly ajar when not in use to allow air circulation.
