3. Product Overview
3.1 NVR (Network Video Recorder)
The NVR is the central unit for recording and managing video footage from your cameras. It features multiple ports for connectivity and control.

- VGA Port: Connects to a monitor or display via VGA cable.
- HDMI Port: Connects to a monitor or display via HDMI cable for high-definition output.
- WAN Port: Connects to your router for internet access and remote viewing.
- USB Ports: For connecting the included USB mouse, external storage, or for system upgrades.
- DC 12V Power Input: Connects to the NVR power adapter.
3.2 Wireless IP Cameras
The 1080P wireless cameras are designed for both indoor and outdoor use, featuring robust construction and advanced imaging capabilities.

- 5DB WiFi Antenna: For wireless signal reception.
- IP66 Metal Housing: Provides weather resistance for outdoor installation.
- 3.6mm Lens: Standard focal length for wide-angle viewing.
- 3PCS LEDs: Infrared LEDs for night vision.
- Light Sensor: Automatically switches between day and night modes.

4. Setup Guide
4.1 Initial Setup (Plug & Play)
The PVO system is designed for easy setup. The cameras are pre-paired with the NVR at the factory.
- Connect NVR: Connect the NVR to a monitor (VGA or HDMI) and connect the USB mouse to a USB port on the NVR. Plug in the NVR power adapter (DC 12V~2A) and power on the NVR.
- Connect Cameras: Plug in each camera's power adapter (DC 12V~1A) to a power outlet. The cameras will automatically connect to the NVR.
- Connect to Internet (Optional for Remote View): Connect the NVR's WAN port to your router using the provided network cable.

4.2 Camera Installation
Choose suitable locations for your cameras, ensuring they have a clear field of view and are within range of the NVR's wireless signal. Use the provided mounting screws and wall plugs for secure installation.
- For optimal wireless performance, avoid placing cameras too far from the NVR or behind thick walls/obstacles.
- Ensure the camera's power cable can reach a power outlet.
- The IP66 rating ensures the cameras are suitable for outdoor use in various weather conditions.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Motion Detection and Alerts
The system can be configured to detect motion and send alerts to your smartphone or email.
- Access the NVR's menu using the USB mouse.
- Navigate to the "Alarm" or "Motion Detection" settings.
- Customize detection zones and sensitivity for each camera.
- Set up email alerts or push notifications via the mobile application.

5.2 Remote Access and Playback
View live footage and playback recorded videos from anywhere using the dedicated mobile app (available for iPhone, Android, iPad) or a PC client.
- Download App: Search for the recommended app (e.g., "XMEye Pro" as seen in image) on your device's app store.
- Register Account: Create an account and log in.
- Add Device: Scan the NVR's QR code or manually enter its ID to add it to your account.
- View Footage: Once added, you can view live streams, access recorded footage, and configure settings remotely.

5.3 Night Vision
The cameras are equipped with infrared LEDs for clear night vision up to 65 feet (20 meters), ensuring 24/7 surveillance.
5.4 Expandability
The 8-channel NVR supports up to 8 cameras. You can add 4 more PVO wireless cameras to the existing system to expand your surveillance coverage.
6. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Regularly wipe the camera lenses with a soft, dry cloth to ensure clear image quality. Do not use harsh chemicals.
- Firmware Updates: Check the manufacturer's website or the mobile app for available firmware updates to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Power Supply: Ensure power adapters are securely connected and not damaged.
- Hard Disk (if installed): If you have installed a hard disk, ensure it is functioning correctly. Regular backups of important footage are recommended.
