With built-in Amazon Alexa, you can access voice commands directly from your wrist. The device also supports 11 sports modes and is water-resistant up to 5 ATM.

2. Getting Started

2.1. Charging the Device

Before first use, fully charge your Amazfit Band 5. Connect the charging cable to the charging contacts on the back of the device and plug the USB end into a power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port. The device will display a charging indicator.

  1. Download the Zepp App (formerly Amazfit App) from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).

3.2. Heart Rate Monitoring

The band continuously monitors your heart rate. To view your current heart rate or initiate a manual measurement:

  1. Swipe up or down on the watch face until you find the 'Heart Rate' option.
  2. Tap on 'Heart Rate' to start a measurement. Ensure the band is worn snugly on your wrist.
  3. The result will be displayed on the screen. Detailed historical data is available in the Zepp App.

3.3. Blood Oxygen Saturation (SpO2) Measurement

To measure your blood oxygen level:

  1. Swipe up or down on the watch face until you find the 'SpO2' option.
  2. Tap on 'SpO2' to begin the measurement. Keep your arm still and the band snugly fitted.
  3. The result will appear on the screen. For best results, ensure the band is worn tightly and your arm is flat on a tabletop.

3.4. Sleep Tracking

The Amazfit Band 5 automatically tracks your sleep patterns, including deep sleep, light sleep, REM sleep, and awake times. It also monitors 20-minute daily naps. To view your sleep data, swipe to the 'Sleep' option on the band or check the detailed analysis in the Zepp App.
