2. Safety Information

4. Product Overview
4.1 Parent Unit (Monitor)
The parent unit features a 2.4-inch LCD screen for clear video display and intuitive controls for various functions.
- LCD Screen: Displays live video feed from the camera.
- Power Button: Turns the unit on/off.
- Menu Button: Accesses settings and options.
- Navigation Buttons (Up/Down/Left/Right/OK): For menu navigation and digital zoom control.

4.2 Baby Unit (Camera)

5. Setup
5.1 Charging the Parent Unit
- Connect one power adapter to the charging port on the parent unit.
- Plug the other end into a power outlet.
- The battery indicator on the screen will show charging status. A full charge takes approximately 3-4 hours.
- The parent unit has a built-in 950 mAh battery, providing up to 12 hours of use in ECO mode or 8 hours in normal mode.
5.2 Powering the Baby Unit
- Connect the second power adapter to the power port on the baby unit.
- Plug the other end into a power outlet. The baby unit must remain plugged in for continuous operation.
5.3 Positioning the Baby Unit (Camera)
Place the baby unit in a location that provides a clear view of your baby in the crib or play area. Ensure it is at least 3 feet (1 meter) away from the baby to prevent any cord hazards. The camera can be placed on a flat surface, mounted on a wall, or attached to a crib using compatible accessories (not included).

5.4 Initial Connection
The parent unit and baby unit are pre-paired at the factory. Once both units are powered on, they should automatically connect. If the connection is lost or you are adding a new camera, follow the pairing instructions in the "Troubleshooting" section.
6. Operating Instructions
6.1 Powering On/Off
- To turn on the parent unit, press and hold the Power Button until the screen lights up.
- To turn off the parent unit, press and hold the Power Button again until the screen turns off.
- The baby unit powers on automatically when plugged into an outlet.
6.2 ECO Mode (Voice Activation)
ECO mode conserves battery life by turning off the screen and audio when no sound is detected from the baby's room. The monitor will automatically activate when sound is detected.
- To activate/deactivate ECO mode, navigate through the menu settings on the parent unit.

6.3 Two-Way Audio Communication
The two-way audio feature allows you to speak to your baby through the monitor's speaker.
- Press and hold the Talk Button on the parent unit to speak. Release the button to hear your baby.

6.4 Night Vision
The baby unit automatically activates infrared night vision in low-light conditions, providing a clear black-and-white image of your baby.

6.5 Digital Zoom
You can zoom in on the video feed to get a closer look at your baby.
- Use the navigation buttons on the parent unit to activate and control the 2X digital zoom.

6.6 Lullabies
The monitor includes 4 built-in lullabies to help soothe your baby to sleep.
- Press the Lullaby Button on the parent unit to play or stop lullabies.
- You can adjust the volume of the lullabies using the volume buttons.

6.7 Temperature Monitoring
The baby unit has a built-in temperature sensor that displays the room temperature on the parent unit's screen.
- Monitor the temperature to ensure your baby's room is comfortable.
- The monitor may have an alert function for temperatures outside a set range (refer to menu settings).

6.8 Adding Multiple Cameras (Optional)
The GHB Baby Monitor supports connecting up to 4 cameras to a single parent unit, allowing you to monitor multiple rooms or children.
- Additional cameras are sold separately.
- To add a new camera, access the "Camera Management" or "Add Camera" option in the parent unit's menu and follow the on-screen instructions. You will typically need to press a pairing button on the new camera unit.

7. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe the monitor and camera surfaces with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. Do not use cleaning sprays or liquid cleaners.
- Battery Care: To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the parent unit's battery frequently. Charge it regularly. If storing the unit for a long period, charge it fully every few months.
- Storage: Store the device in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.

8.1 Re-pairing the Units
If the parent unit and baby unit lose connection, you may need to re-pair them:

- Select an available camera slot (e.g., Camera 1, Camera 2).
