Safety Instructions

• Do not immerse the main unit above the maximum water level indicator.
• Ensure the appliance is securely clamped to the cooking vessel before operation.

• Do not operate if the power cord or plug is damaged.
• This appliance is waterproof to IPX7 standards, meaning it can withstand immersion in water up to 1 meter for 30 minutes. However, do not intentionally submerge the entire unit beyond its intended operational depth.
• The device features a Safety-First technology with an automatic shut-off function if the water level drops to a critical point. Ensure sufficient water is always present during operation.

Setup

1. Choose a Suitable Container: Select a heat-safe pot or container large enough to hold the food you are cooking and allow for proper water circulation. The Quickstick Flex is suitable for containers up to 21 quarts.
2. Secure the Cooker: Attach the Quickstick Flex securely to the side of your chosen container using the adjustable clamp. Ensure it is stable and upright.
3. Fill with Water: Fill the container with water. Ensure the water level is between the MIN and MAX markings on the immersion cooker. Do not exceed the MAX line.
4. Connect Power: Plug the power cord into a standard 110-120V ~ 50-60 Hz electrical outlet.

Operating Instructions

Follow these steps to operate your Quickstick Flex:

1. Power On: Press the power button on the touch display to turn on the device.
2. Set Temperature: Use the '+' and '-' buttons to adjust the desired cooking temperature. The display shows the set temperature and the current water temperature. The temperature range is 0-95 °C (32-194 °F).
3. Set Timer (Optional): Press the 'SET' button to switch to timer setting mode. Use the '+' and '-' buttons to set the desired cooking time. Press 'SET' again to confirm.
4. Start Cooking: Once the temperature and time are set, the device will begin heating the water to the target temperature. The 3D circulation system will ensure even heat distribution.
5. Add Food: Once the water reaches the set temperature, carefully place your vacuum-sealed food into the water bath.
6. Monitor Progress: The display will show the current water temperature and the remaining cooking time.
7. Completion: When the timer expires, the device will alert you. Carefully remove the food from the water bath.
8. Power Off: Press the power button to turn off the device and unplug it from the outlet.

Maintenance and Cleaning

Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and performance of your Quickstick Flex:

• After Each Use: Unplug the device and allow it to cool completely.
• Cleaning the Circulator: The stainless steel lower part of the immersion cooker can be rinsed under running water. Use a soft cloth to wipe away any food residue or mineral deposits.
• Cleaning the Display: Wipe the LCD touch display with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the top part of the unit.
• Storage: Store the Quickstick Flex in a dry place when not in use.
