5. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your HUAWEI AX3 Router, refer to the following common solutions:
- No Internet Connection:
- Check if the WAN cable is securely connected to both the router and your modem/ONT.
- Restart your modem/ONT and then the router.
- Verify your internet service provider (ISP) connection status.
- Weak Wi-Fi Signal or Dead Zones:
- Relocate the router to a central location in your home, away from obstacles.
- Consider using the HarmonyOS Mesh+ feature with additional HUAWEI routers to extend coverage.
- Utilize the built-in Wi-Fi Diagnosis feature in the Huawei AI Life app to identify signal weak spots and optimize placement.
- Slow Wi-Fi Speed:
- Ensure your devices support Wi-Fi 6 for optimal performance.
- Check for interference from other electronic devices (e.g., microwaves, cordless phones).
- Limit the number of active devices or bandwidth-intensive activities.
- Cannot Access Router Management Page:
- Ensure your device is connected to the router's network (wired or wireless).
- Try clearing your browser's cache or using a different browser.
- Verify the correct IP address or domain name for the management page.
