Setup

1. Charging the Earbuds and Case

Before first use, fully charge the earbuds and the charging case. Connect the provided USB-C charging cable to the charging port on the case and a power source. The indicator lights on the case will show the charging status.

• Earbud Charging Time: 2 to 2.5 hours
• Charging Case Charging Time: 2.5 hours

2. Pairing with Your Device

1. Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode.
2. On your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), enable Bluetooth.
3. Search for "Tronsmart Apollo Bold" in the list of available Bluetooth devices.
4. Select it to connect. Once connected, you will hear a confirmation tone.
5. The earbuds support TrueWireless Stereo Plus for a stable and synchronized connection.

3. Wearing the Earbuds

Touch Controls

The Apollo Bold earbuds feature touch-sensitive controls on each earbud for easy management of music playback, calls, and noise cancellation modes.

Noise Cancellation Modes

The Apollo Bold features Hybrid Active Noise Cancelling (ANC) technology, combining Feedforward and Feedback ANC to reduce up to 35dB of ambient noise. You can switch between different modes to suit your environment.

Maintenance

Cleaning

Regularly clean your earbuds and charging case to maintain optimal performance and hygiene. Use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or submerge the devices in water.

Water Resistance

The Tronsmart Apollo Bold earbuds are rated IP45 waterproof, meaning they are protected against dust and low-pressure water jets from any direction. This makes them suitable for workouts and light rain. Do not submerge them in water or expose them to strong water jets.

Storage

When not in use, store the earbuds in their charging case to protect them and keep them charged. Store the case in a cool, dry place away from extreme temperatures.

Troubleshooting

• Earbuds not pairing: Ensure both earbuds are in the charging case, then open the lid to activate pairing mode. Check your device's Bluetooth settings and try reconnecting.
• Only one earbud playing: Place both earbuds back into the charging case, close the lid, wait a few seconds, then open it again. This often re-syncs them.
• Poor sound quality: Ensure the ear tips provide a good seal. Check for debris in the earbud nozzles. Ensure your device is within the Bluetooth range (up to 15 meters / 50 feet).
• Charging issues: Verify the charging cable is securely connected to both the case and the power source. Clean the charging contacts on the earbuds and inside the case.
• ANC not effective: Ensure the earbuds are properly seated in your ears and that you have selected the ANC mode.
