Operating Instructions

Opening the Safe for the First Time (Emergency Key)

Programming Your Digital Code

Enter your new 3 to 8 digit code, then press the confirming button (usually a checkmark or 'E'). A successful programming will be indicated by a beep. If an error occurs, the red light will flash, and you will need to repeat the process.

Opening with Digital Code

Enter your programmed digital code (3 to 8 digits) on the keypad. The green light will illuminate. Turn the knob clockwise within 5 seconds to open the safe door.

Silent Mode

To enable or disable silent mode (keypad sound), press the "Voice Button" (usually indicated by a speaker icon). The green light will flash once to confirm the change.

Maintenance

Battery Replacement

When the yellow indicator light flashes, it signifies low battery power. Replace all 4 AA alkaline batteries promptly to ensure continuous operation. If batteries completely drain, use the emergency key for access.

Cleaning

Clean the exterior of the safe with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents that could damage the finish.

Troubleshooting

Forgotten Code

If you forget your digital code, use the emergency key to open the safe. Once open, you can reprogram a new code following the "Programming Your Digital Code" instructions.

Keypad Not Responding

Check the batteries. If they are low or dead, replace them. Ensure they are inserted with correct polarity. If the issue persists, use the emergency key for access and contact customer support.

Door Alignment Issues

If the door does not close or open smoothly, check for any obstructions around the door frame or hinges. Ensure the safe is mounted on a level surface. If the problem continues, contact customer support for assistance.
