Setup & Installation

The MOKiN UD1101 enclosure features a tool-free design for quick and easy SSD installation.

1. Open the Enclosure: Use the retrieve card pin to gently lift the top cover. The cover will slide open easily.
2. Insert the SSD: Align your M.2 NVMe SSD (2230/2242/2260/2280) with the M.2 slot inside the enclosure and insert it at a 45-degree angle.
3. Secure the SSD: Gently press the SSD down until it is flat. Use the provided rubber fastener to secure the SSD in place by pushing it into the designated hole.
4. Apply Thermal Pad (Optional but Recommended): If your SSD generates significant heat, apply the included thermal pad onto the SSD surface to enhance heat transfer to the aluminum casing.
5. Close the Enclosure: Slide the top cover back into position until it clicks securely.

Operating Instructions

Once your M.2 NVMe SSD is securely installed in the enclosure, connect it to your device using the provided USB4 or USB-A to USB-C cable.

• Plug and Play: The enclosure supports Plug and Play functionality. No drivers are required for most operating systems.
