The desk's height can be adjusted electrically using the control panel located on the front edge of the desktop. The adjustable height range is from 27.7 inches (sitting) to 46.6 inches (standing).

• Up/Down Buttons: Press and hold the Up (▲) or Down (▼) button to move the desk to your desired height. Release the button to stop.
• Memory Presets: The desk features 4 programmable memory positions. To save a height:
  1. Adjust the desk to your desired height.
  2. Press the M button (if available, or a similar 'Set' button).
  3. Press one of the numbered preset buttons (e.g., 1, 2, 3, 4) within a few seconds to save the current height to that preset.
  To recall a saved height, simply press the corresponding numbered preset button. The desk will automatically move to the saved position.
