4. Setup and Assembly

Follow these steps carefully for proper assembly. A detailed installation manual (PDF) is available for download, and an installation video guide is provided for visual assistance.

Recommended: Two-person assembly for ease and safety.

1. Unboxing and Preparation: Lay out all components on a clean, soft surface to prevent scratches. Identify all parts and hardware using the provided list.
2. Assemble Desk Columns and Feet: Attach the desk columns to the main frame. Ensure the desk feet are securely installed.

3. Install Control Panel: Securely attach the control panel to the underside of the desktop.
4. Connect Power Cords: Connect all necessary power cords from the motor and control panel to the main power unit. Ensure connections are firm.
5. Insert Transmission Shaft: Carefully insert the transmission shaft, ensuring it aligns correctly with both lifting columns.
6. Attach Desktop: Carefully place the desktop onto the assembled frame. Align the pre-drilled holes and secure the desktop using the provided screws.
7. Install Accessories: Attach the storage drawer, desk hooks, and lockable casters as desired. The desktop cable grommets can be used to organize wires.

8. Initial Power-Up and Reset: Plug the desk into a power outlet. Before first use, perform a reset by pressing and holding the up and down buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds until the display flashes or beeps, then releases. The desk will move to its lowest position and then slightly up, indicating a successful reset.

5. Operating Instructions

The FEZIBO standing desk features an intuitive control panel for easy height adjustment and memory functions.

Height Adjustment:

• Use the Up (▲) and Down (▼) arrow buttons on the control panel to adjust the desk height. The desk can be adjusted from 27.7 inches to 46.6 inches.
• The motor operates quietly at 45 dB.

Memory Presets:

• The desk features 4 programmable memory positions.
• To Set a Memory Position: Adjust the desk to your desired height. Press and hold one of the numbered memory buttons (1, 2, 3, or 4) for 3 seconds until the display flashes or beeps, indicating the height has been saved.
• To Use a Memory Position: Press the corresponding numbered memory button (1, 2, 3, or 4) once. The desk will automatically move to the saved height.

Anti-Collision Technology:

The desk is equipped with an auto-sensing anti-collision system. If the desk encounters an obstacle during adjustment, it will automatically stop and reverse slightly to prevent damage.

• Cleaning: Wipe the desk surface with a dry cloth. For the upgraded leather drawer, its waterproof function allows for easy cleaning of spills.
• Regular Checks: Periodically check all screws and connections to ensure they remain tight.
• Cable Management: Utilize the desktop cable grommets and included cable ties to keep wires organized and prevent tangling, which can interfere with desk movement.

7. Troubleshooting

• Desk Not Moving:
• Check all power connections. Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into both the desk and the wall outlet.
• Perform a reset: Press and hold the up and down buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds until the display flashes or shows "RST".
• Check for obstructions under or around the desk that might be triggering the anti-collision system.
• Uneven Movement:
• Ensure the desk is placed on a level surface.
• Verify that all assembly screws, especially those connecting the legs and frame, are tightened evenly.
• Drawer Issues:
• Ensure the drawer is properly seated in its designated space.
• Avoid overloading the drawer, as this can cause it to sag or detach.
