Setup Guide
Step 1: Download the MyMesh App
The MyMesh app is essential for setting up and managing your Meshforce M3 system. Follow these steps to download it:
- Search for "MyMesh" on the App Store (for iOS devices) or Google Play Store (for Android devices).
- Alternatively, scan the QR code provided in the Quick Start Guide included in your package to download the app directly.
Step 2: Hardware Connection
Connect the main Meshforce M3 WiFi Point to your existing modem:
- If you have an existing router, disconnect it from your modem.
- Connect one end of the provided CAT5e Ethernet cable to the WAN/LAN port on the main Meshforce M3 WiFi Point.
- Connect the other end of the Ethernet cable to your modem's Ethernet port.
- Plug the power adapter into the main Meshforce M3 WiFi Point and then into a power outlet.
- Wait for the LED indicator on the Meshforce M3 to turn solid green, indicating it is powered on and ready.

Step 3: Connect to the Default WiFi
After connecting the hardware, use your mobile phone to connect to the Meshforce M3's default WiFi network:
- Locate the WiFi name (SSID) and password printed on the bottom label of your main Meshforce M3 WiFi Point.
- On your mobile phone, go to WiFi settings and select the network with the SSID found on the label (e.g., "MyMesh_XXXXXX").
- Enter the default password. Remember that the password is case-sensitive.
Step 4: Set Up Mesh in the App
Once your phone is connected to the default WiFi:
- Open the MyMesh app. The app will attempt to automatically detect your internet connection type.
- If the app successfully detects the connection, tap "OK" and allow a moment for the main WiFi Point to complete its setup.
- If the app fails to detect the connection type, you may need to manually select it. Common types include PPPOE, DHCP, or Static IP. DHCP is the most frequently used option for most home internet setups. Consult your Internet Service Provider (ISP) if you are unsure.
Step 5: Set New WiFi Name & Password
After the initial setup of the main WiFi Point, the app will guide you to personalize your network:
- Set a new, personal WiFi name (SSID) for your network.
- Create a strong, unique password for your WiFi. The password must contain at least 8 characters.
- Tap "OK" to save your new WiFi settings. Your devices will then connect to your newly configured Meshforce WiFi network.
Operating Instructions
Dual Band Connectivity
The Meshforce M3 system operates on dual bands (2.4GHz and 5GHz), intelligently assigning devices to the optimal band for performance. This ensures lag-free HD video streaming and gaming, with reliable signal strength even through walls. Enjoy seamless roaming throughout your home with a single network name and password.
App Control and Remote Management
The MyMesh app provides comprehensive control over your WiFi network, whether you are at home or away:
- Monitor Devices: View all connected devices, their connection status, and data usage.
- Guest Network: Easily create and manage a separate WiFi network for guests, with options to set validity periods.
- Parental Control: Limit internet access for specific devices or during certain time periods to promote healthy online habits for children.
- QoS (Quality of Service): Prioritize network traffic for specific applications or devices.

Extending WiFi Range with Dots
The Meshforce M3 Dot units are designed to seamlessly extend your WiFi coverage. Each additional dot can effectively cover an extra 1-2 rooms, eliminating dead zones.
- Simply plug your M3 Dot into a power outlet in an area where you need extended WiFi coverage.
- Wait for approximately 1 minute until the LED indicator on the dot turns solid green. The dot should automatically pair with your main mesh point.
- If automatic pairing does not occur, open the MyMesh app, go to "Settings" > "Add a Mesh," and scan the QR code located on the M3 Dot to add it manually.
Important Note: For optimal performance, keep every 2 mesh points within 32 feet (approximately 2 rooms) of each other. Avoid placing mesh points near large electronic appliances such as microwave ovens and refrigerators, as these can interfere with WiFi signals. All Meshforce M3 units are designed for indoor use only.
