Safety Information

- To prevent falls, when the child is able to pull themselves to a standing position, set the mattress to the lowest position.
- Do not place the crib near windows where cords from blinds or drapes could strangle a child.
- Do not place items with a string or cord around a child's neck, such as hood strings or pacifier cords. Do not suspend strings over a crib or attach strings to toys.
- Discontinue use of the crib when a child begins to climb out or reaches a height of 35 inches (89 cm), whichever comes first.
- The changing table is designed for infants. Never leave a child unattended on the changing table. Always use the safety strap provided.

Setup and Assembly

Operating Instructions
Adjusting Mattress Height:
The crib features an adjustable mattress support base with 3 different height options. To adjust the mattress height:
- Remove the mattress and any bedding from the crib.
- Carefully detach the mattress support base from the crib side rails.
- Reattach the mattress support base to the desired height setting, ensuring all fasteners are securely tightened.
- Always use the lowest mattress position once your child can pull themselves to a standing position.
Using the Changing Table:
The attached changing table includes a water-resistant changing pad with a safety strap, 3 enclosed storage drawers, and 2 open shelves.
- Place the changing pad securely on the top surface of the changing table.
- Always secure your child with the safety strap when using the changing table.
- Keep essential changing supplies (diapers, wipes, creams) within easy reach in the drawers or open shelves, but out of the child's grasp.
- Never leave a child unattended on the changing table.

Conversions:
The Graco Hadley crib converts into a toddler bed, daybed, and full-size bed. Conversion kits are sold separately.
- Toddler Bed: Remove the front rail of the crib and install the toddler guardrail (sold separately).
- Daybed: Remove the front rail of the crib. No guardrail is used for the daybed configuration.
- Full-Size Bed: Requires a full-size bed conversion kit (sold separately). This allows the crib headboard and optional footboard to be used with a standard full-size bed frame.
