Setup and Assembly
Assembly of this shelving unit requires no tools. Follow these steps carefully.

Step 2: Attach Shelf Clips
- Determine the desired height for your first shelf. The posts have grooves at 1-inch increments.
- Snap two shelf clips around each post at the desired height, ensuring the arrows on the clips point upwards and they lock securely into a groove. Make sure all four clips for a single shelf are at the same height.
Step 3: Install Shelves
- Carefully slide a wire shelf down over the posts, ensuring the corners of the shelf fit over the shelf clips.
- Press down firmly on each corner of the shelf until it is securely seated over the clips. You may need to tap gently with a rubber mallet (not included) to ensure a snug fit.
- Repeat Step 2 and Step 3 for the remaining four shelves, adjusting heights as needed.

Operating Instructions
Once assembled, your Hyper Tough shelving unit is ready for use.

- Weight Distribution: Distribute weight as evenly as possible across each shelf to prevent stress points and maintain the unit's integrity. Do not exceed 600 lbs per shelf.
- Adjusting Shelves: To adjust shelf height, remove all items from the shelf, lift the shelf off the clips, remove the clips, reposition them at the desired height, and then re-install the shelf.

Maintenance
Proper maintenance will extend the life and appearance of your shelving unit.
- Cleaning: Wipe the shelves and posts with a dry cloth to remove dust and debris. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals that could damage the finish.
- Moisture: As the unit is designed for dry environments, avoid prolonged exposure to moisture to prevent rust and maintain stability.
- Inspection: Periodically check all connections, especially the shelf clips, to ensure they remain securely fastened. Re-tighten foot levelers if necessary.
Troubleshooting
- Unit is Unstable/Wobbly:
- Ensure the unit is on a level surface. Adjust the foot levelers by turning them clockwise or counter-clockwise until the unit is stable.
- Verify that all shelf clips are securely locked into the post grooves and that each shelf corner is fully seated over its clips.
- Check that post connectors are fully tightened.
- Shelf Not Sitting Level:
- Ensure all four shelf clips for that particular shelf are positioned at the exact same height (same groove on each post).
- Confirm the shelf is fully pressed down onto all clips.
- Difficulty Assembling Posts:
- Ensure post connectors are correctly aligned and screwed in straight. Do not force connections.
