2. Safety Information

Please read and understand all safety instructions before assembling or operating the cart. Failure to follow these instructions may result in injury or damage to the product.

• Weight Capacity: Do not exceed the maximum weight capacity of 500 pounds (approximately 227 kg). Overloading can cause instability and damage.
• Wheel Locks: Ensure the locking wheels are engaged when the cart is stationary to prevent unintended movement.
• Assembly Caution: Use caution when assembling and moving the cart to avoid injury. Keep hands clear of moving parts during use.
• Surface Stability: Always operate the cart on a stable, level surface. Avoid sloped or uneven terrain.
• Protective Film: The stainless steel shelves come with a protective plastic film. This film should be peeled off before assembly. While it protects during shipping, it can be difficult to remove once assembled.

4. Setup and Assembly

Assembly is designed to be straightforward and typically takes about 10 minutes. Follow these steps carefully:

1. Unpack Components: Carefully remove all parts from the packaging. Identify each component using the parts list in Section 3.
2. Remove Protective Film: Peel off the protective plastic film from all three stainless steel trays. This is easiest to do before assembly.
3. Attach Casters: Attach the four casters to the bottom of the U-shaped frame tubes. Two casters have brakes; position these on the same side for easier access. Ensure they are securely tightened.
4. Assemble Frame and Trays: The screws for attaching the trays are pre-installed on the frame tubes to prevent loss. Align the holes on the stainless steel trays with the pre-installed screws on the U-shaped frame tubes. Make sure the concave groove of the trays faces upwards to prevent items from falling.
5. Secure Trays: Insert the screws through the trays and into the frame tubes. Use the provided hexagon wrench to tighten all 12 screws securely. Ensure all connections are firm and stable.
6. Install Bumper Caps: Place the four bumper caps onto the bottom of the frame legs, above the casters.

5. Operating Instructions

• Loading the Cart: Distribute weight evenly across the three tiers. The cart is designed to hold up to 500 lbs (227 kg). The concave groove design on each shelf helps prevent items from sliding off.
• Moving the Cart: Use the sturdy handles to push or pull the cart. The 360-degree mute caster wheels ensure smooth and quiet movement.
• Locking the Wheels: When the cart needs to remain stationary, press down on the levers of the two braking casters to lock them. This prevents accidental rolling. To unlock, lift the levers.
