Important Safety Information
WARNING: This canopy tent is not designed to be left up during adverse or inclement weather conditions, including rain, snow, sleet, and hail. Added weight from precipitation can cause the tent to collapse, leading to potential damage or injury.

- Guy Ropes
Setup Instructions
This pop-up canopy tent is designed for quick assembly. It is recommended that 2-4 people assist with the setup process to optimize time and ensure proper installation.
- Unpack the Frame: Remove the folded frame from the carrying bag. Place it in the desired setup location.
- Partially Expand the Frame: With two people on opposite sides, gently pull the frame outwards until it is partially expanded.
- Attach the Canopy Top: Drape the canopy top fabric over the partially expanded frame. Secure it using the "single touch straps" or Velcro attachments. Ensure the canopy is centered and evenly distributed.
- Fully Expand and Lock the Frame: Continue expanding the frame until it is fully open. Push up on the central hub or corner mechanisms until they click into place, locking the frame.
- Extend the Legs: Extend each leg to the desired height. Press the red button or lever on each leg to release the locking mechanism, extend, and then re-engage the lock. The tent features a three-level height adjustment.
- Attach Sidewalls (Optional): If desired, attach the four sidewalls using the provided Velcro or hook-and-loop fasteners. The sidewalls feature windows for visibility.
- Secure the Tent: For outdoor use, always secure the tent using the provided ground stakes and guy ropes. Insert stakes into soft ground surfaces and attach ropes to the tent frame, pulling taut and securing to the stakes. For hard surfaces like concrete, use alternative weights (not included) on each leg.

Figure 1: Pop-Up Design Overview. This image illustrates the sequential steps of setting up the canopy tent, starting from the folded frame, adding the canopy, opening the frame, and finally attaching the sidewalls.

Figure 2: Three-Level Height Adjustment. A hand is shown pressing a red button on one of the tent's legs, indicating the mechanism for raising or lowering the canopy's height.

Figure 3: Stable Standing and Anchoring. This diagram illustrates different methods for securing the tent, including the use of guy ropes, spiral ground stakes, and standard ground stakes to ensure stability.

Operating Instructions
- Height Adjustment: To adjust the height, press the red button on each leg and slide the inner leg section up or down to the desired position. Ensure all legs are set to the same height for stability.
- Sidewall Configuration: Sidewalls can be attached or removed as needed. They can also be rolled up and secured to allow for airflow while maintaining overhead shade.
- UV Protection: The silver-coated Oxford fabric canopy blocks 90% of UV rays, providing shade for outdoor activities.
Maintenance
- Cleaning: Clean the canopy fabric and sidewalls with mild soap and water. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. Allow all parts to dry completely before storage to prevent mildew.
- Frame Care: The powder-coated steel frame is water-safe. Wipe down the frame with a damp cloth as needed. Inspect for any signs of rust or damage before each use.
- Storage: When not in use, disassemble the tent and store all components in the provided carrying bag in a cool, dry place.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Solution |
|---|---|
| Tent is unstable or wobbles. | Ensure all frame legs are fully extended and locked. Use ground stakes and guy ropes to anchor the tent securely. For hard surfaces, use appropriate weights (e.g., sandbags, water weights) on each leg. |
| Water pools on the canopy top. | This tent is not designed for heavy rain. Remove the canopy during heavy precipitation. Ensure the canopy is taut and properly attached to prevent sagging. |
| Difficulty expanding or collapsing the frame. | Ensure all locking mechanisms are disengaged before attempting to expand or collapse. Apply gentle, even pressure. Lubricate moving parts if necessary. |
