This manual provides detailed instructions for the setup, operation, and maintenance of your TopMate C11 Laptop Cooling Pad. Designed to enhance your laptop's performance by effectively dissipating heat, this cooling pad features multiple fans, adjustable height settings, and customizable RGB lighting.

Setup

Unboxing and Initial Inspection

Carefully remove the TopMate C11 cooling pad from its packaging. Inspect all components for any signs of damage.

Connecting to Power

The cooling pad is powered via a USB cable. Connect the braided USB cable (provided) from the cooling pad's USB port to an available USB port on your laptop or a 5V/8V USB charging plug for optimal performance.

Operating Instructions

Adjusting Fan Speed

Use the "+" and "-" buttons on the control panel to adjust the fan speed. The digital display will show the current speed level (1-5, with MAX indicating the highest speed).

Changing RGB Lighting Modes

Press the light bulb icon button to cycle through the 7 available RGB lighting modes. Long press the light bulb button to turn the RGB lights on or off.

Utilizing the Phone Holder

The phone holder is stored on the left side of the cooling pad. Gently pull it out to extend and place your mobile phone for convenient viewing. It can be inserted on either the left or right side.

Adjusting Height

The cooling pad offers 5 adjustable height settings. Lift the rear support bar and slot it into the desired notch to achieve an ergonomic viewing and typing angle for your laptop.

Maintenance

Cleaning

To maintain optimal performance, regularly clean the fan grilles and fan blades to prevent dust buildup. Use a soft, dry cloth or a can of compressed air. Do not use liquid cleaners directly on the fans or electronic components.

Storage

When not in use, store the cooling pad in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Ensure the USB cable is neatly coiled to prevent damage.

Troubleshooting

Fans Not Spinning / No Power

• Ensure the USB cable is securely connected to both the cooling pad and a powered USB port on your laptop or a wall adapter.
• Try a different USB port or power source.
• If using a laptop USB port, ensure the laptop is turned on and not in sleep mode.
• For stronger fan speed, use a 5V/8V USB charging plug.

RGB Lights Not Working

• Press the light bulb button on the control panel to cycle through modes or long press to turn them on/off.
• Ensure the cooling pad is receiving adequate power.

Laptop Slipping

• Ensure the anti-skid buckles at the front of the cooling pad are properly extended.
• For larger or heavier laptops, utilize the provided silicone sleeves to heighten the anti-skid buckles for better grip.
