1. Introduction
This manual provides essential information for the safe and efficient operation of your LifePlus Electric Fireplace Heater. Please read all instructions carefully before installation and use, and retain this manual for future reference.

2. Safety Information
Always follow basic safety precautions to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and injury to persons.
- Read all instructions before using this heater.
- This heater is hot when in use. To avoid burns, do not let bare skin touch hot surfaces.
- Keep combustible materials, such as furniture, pillows, bedding, papers, clothes, and curtains at least 3 feet (0.9 m) from the front of the heater, and keep them away from the sides and rear.
- Extreme caution is necessary when any heater is used by or near children or invalids and whenever the heater is left operating and unattended.
- Do not operate any heater with a damaged cord or plug or after the heater malfunctions, has been dropped or damaged in any manner.
- Do not use outdoors.
- To disconnect heater, turn controls to off, then remove plug from outlet.
- Do not insert or allow foreign objects to enter any ventilation or exhaust opening as this may cause an electric shock or fire, or damage the heater.
- To prevent a possible fire, do not block air intakes or exhaust in any manner. Do not use on soft surfaces, like a bed, where openings may become blocked.
- This heater has an Overheat Safety Protection feature. If the heater's internal components reach a certain temperature that could cause overheating or possible fire, the heater will automatically shut off.

3. Setup
3.1 Unpacking and Component Check
Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Ensure all parts are present before proceeding with assembly.

3.2 Installation Options: Freestanding or Wall-Mounted
Your electric fireplace heater offers versatile installation options to suit your preference.
- Freestanding: Attach the provided feet to the bottom of the unit using the included screws. Ensure the feet are securely fastened for stability.
- Wall-Mounted: Use the included wall hanger and screws to securely mount the unit to a sturdy wall. Follow the detailed instructions in the separate installation guide for proper wall mounting.

3.3 Installing Decorative Crystals
To install the decorative crystals, carefully unscrew the screws at the bottom of both sides of the heater. Do not unscrew the upper supporting screws. Place the crystals evenly in the designated area, then re-secure the bottom screws.

4. Operating Instructions
Your LifePlus Electric Fireplace Heater can be operated via the control panel on the unit or the included remote control.
4.1 Control Panel Overview
The control panel is located on the top of the unit. It includes buttons for Power, Heater, Flame, Timer, and Temperature Up/Down.

4.2 Remote Control Functions
The remote control provides convenient access to all heater functions from a distance.
- Power Button: Turns the heater on or off.
- Heater Button: Activates or deactivates the heating function. Toggle between High (1500W) and Low (750W) heat settings.
- Flame Button: Cycles through 10 different flame color and brightness adjustments.
- Timer Button: Sets the automatic shut-off timer from 1 to 12 hours.
- Up/Down Arrows: Adjust the desired temperature setting.

4.3 Flame Effects
The fireplace features 10 colorful flame brightness adjustments and a 3D realistic flame effect. Use the 'Flame' button on the control panel or remote to cycle through the options.

5. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and longevity of your heater.
- Always disconnect the heater from the power supply before cleaning or performing any maintenance.
- Wipe the exterior surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Ensure the air intake and exhaust vents are clear of dust and debris. Use a vacuum cleaner with a brush attachment to clean the vents periodically.
- Store the heater in a cool, dry place when not in use.
6. Troubleshooting
If you experience issues with your heater, refer to the following common solutions:
- Heater does not turn on: Check if the power cord is securely plugged into a working outlet. Ensure the master power switch (if applicable) is in the 'ON' position. Verify that the overheat protection has not been activated.
- No heat output: Ensure the heater function is activated via the control panel or remote. Check the temperature setting to ensure it is above the ambient room temperature.
- Flame effect not working: Ensure the unit is powered on and the flame effect is activated.
- Remote control not working: Check and replace the remote control batteries if necessary. Ensure there are no obstructions between the remote and the unit.
