Setup and First Use
- Unpacking: Remove all packaging materials, stickers, and labels from the appliance.
- Initial Cleaning: Wash the frying basket and any removable accessories in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely. Wipe the interior and exterior of the main unit with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the main unit in water.
- Placement: Place the air fryer on a stable, heat-resistant, and level surface. Ensure there is at least 6 inches (15 cm) of clear space around the back and sides of the appliance for proper ventilation. Do not place it directly against a wall or under cabinets.
- Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet.
- First Use Odor: It is normal for a slight odor to be present during the first few uses as manufacturing residues burn off. This is harmless and will dissipate. To minimize this, you may run the air fryer empty for about 10-15 minutes at 350°F (175°C) before cooking food.

Basic Operation
- Prepare Food: Place your food in the frying basket. Do not overfill the basket to ensure even cooking.
- Insert Basket: Slide the frying basket firmly into the main unit until it clicks into place.
- Power On: Press the Power button (⏻) to turn on the air fryer. The display will illuminate.
- Select Function (Optional): Choose one of the 8 preset cooking functions (e.g., Fries, Chicken, Fish, Dehydrate) by tapping the corresponding icon. The air fryer will automatically set a recommended time and temperature.
- Adjust Time/Temperature (Manual Mode): If not using a preset, or to adjust a preset, use the temperature (🌡️) and time (🕒) buttons, then use the + and - buttons to set your desired cooking time and temperature. The temperature range is 80°F to 400°F (26°C to 204°C).
- Start Cooking: Press the Start/Pause button (▶/⏸) to begin the cooking cycle.
- Shake/Flip Food: For best results, especially with smaller items, it is recommended to shake or flip the food halfway through the cooking time. Pull out the basket, shake/flip, and reinsert. The air fryer will resume cooking automatically.
- Completion: The air fryer will beep when the cooking cycle is complete. Carefully remove the basket and transfer food to a serving dish.
Cooking Tips
- For crispier results, lightly coat food with oil before air frying.
- Do not overcrowd the basket; cook in batches if necessary.
- Preheating is generally not required but can improve cooking times for some foods.
- Always use a meat thermometer to ensure poultry and meats are cooked to safe internal temperatures.
