Setup and Installation
Proper installation is crucial for optimal performance and safety. It is recommended to have this product installed by a qualified professional. Ensure the vehicle's battery is disconnected before beginning installation.
1. Choosing a Mounting Location
The Basslink Mini is designed for underseat mounting. Select a location that allows for adequate ventilation and does not obstruct vehicle controls or passenger movement. Ensure the mounting surface is stable and secure.

2. Wiring Connections
Refer to the wiring diagram in the included user manual for detailed connection instructions. Key connections include:
- Power (12V+): Connect directly to the vehicle's battery positive terminal via the supplied 15A fuse.
- Ground (GND): Connect to a clean, unpainted metal surface of the vehicle chassis.
- Remote Turn-On (REM): Connect to the remote output of your head unit or an accessory wire that turns on with the ignition.
- Audio Input: Use either the high-level inputs (speaker-level) or low-level inputs (RCA) from your head unit.
- Bass Remote Control: Connect the wired remote to the designated port for convenient bass level adjustment.

3. Mounting the Subwoofer
Once all wiring is connected, secure the subwoofer using the provided screws and metal plates. Ensure it is firmly attached to prevent movement during vehicle operation.
Operating Instructions
1. Initial Power-Up and Testing
After installation, reconnect the vehicle's battery. Turn on your car's audio system. The subwoofer should power on automatically if the remote turn-on is correctly connected or if the auto turn-on feature is active (for high-level inputs).
2. Adjusting Controls
- Gain Control: Adjust the gain to match the output level of your head unit. Start with the gain at minimum and slowly increase it until the bass sounds balanced with the rest of your system without distortion.
- Low Pass Filter (LPF): This control sets the upper frequency limit for the subwoofer. Adjust it to blend smoothly with your main speakers, typically between 80Hz and 120Hz.
- Bass Boost: Use this control to enhance the bass output at a specific frequency. Use sparingly to avoid distortion.
- Phase Switch: If the bass sounds weak or out of sync, try flipping the phase switch (0° or 180°). One setting will typically sound better than the other, indicating proper phase alignment with your main speakers.
- Bass Remote Control: Use the wired remote to conveniently adjust the subwoofer's output level from your driving position.
Maintenance
The Infinity Basslink Mini requires minimal maintenance. Keep the unit clean and free from dust and debris. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. Ensure all connections remain secure over time.
Troubleshooting
