5.2 Initial Power-Up

5.3 Pairing and Configuration

The first phone number to send an SMS command to the DY10GSM will automatically be registered as the administrator number. This number has full control over the device.

• Administrator Registration: Send any valid command (e.g., 'STATUS') via SMS to the SIM card number in the DY10GSM. The device will reply, confirming your number as the administrator.
• Mobile Application: Download the official Solight mobile application (if available) from your smartphone's app store. Follow the in-app instructions to add and configure your DY10GSM device.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1 Remote Control via SMS

Send the following commands via SMS to the SIM card number in the DY10GSM:

• Turn ON: Send 'ON'
• Turn OFF: Send 'OFF'
• Check Status: Send 'STATUS' (provides current power state, temperature, and signal strength).
• Set Thermostat: Send 'TEMP_ON_X_Y' to turn on when temperature is below X and off when above Y. (e.g., 'TEMP_ON_18_22' for 18-22°C).
• Disable Thermostat: Send 'TEMP_OFF'

6.2 Remote Control via Mobile Application

6.3 Power Outage Alarm

The DY10GSM will send an SMS notification to the administrator number if it detects a power failure. It will also send a notification when power is restored.

The DY10GSM can control up to four additional DY10S sockets. These expansion sockets are controlled via the main DY10GSM unit. Refer to the DY10S manual for specific pairing and control instructions, typically involving SMS commands from the DY10GSM administrator phone to assign and control each DY10S unit.

7. Maintenance
