4. Setup: Initial Charging
Before first use, fully charge the GOOLOO Jump Starter. A full charge typically takes 3-4 hours.
- Connect the USB to Type-C Quick-Charge Cable to the jump starter's input port.
- Connect the other end of the cable to a compatible wall charger (not included) or car charger (not included).
- The LED indicators on the jump starter will illuminate to show the charging progress. All indicators will be solid when fully charged.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1. Jump Starting a Vehicle
Ensure the jump starter is at least 50% charged before attempting to jump start a vehicle.
- Connect the smart jumper clamp to the jump starter's 12V jump start port.
- Attach the red (+) clamp to the positive terminal of the vehicle's battery.
- Attach the black (-) clamp to the negative terminal of the vehicle's battery.
- Ensure the indicator light on the smart jumper clamp is solid green. If it's red or flashing, refer to the troubleshooting section.
- Start the vehicle's engine.
- Once the vehicle starts, immediately remove the clamps from the battery, then disconnect the smart jumper clamp from the jump starter.
For completely dead batteries, use the 'Boost' feature if available on your smart clamp. Consult the smart clamp's specific instructions for this function.

5.2. Using as a Power Bank
The GOOLOO Jump Starter can charge various electronic devices.
- Connect your device's USB charging cable to one of the jump starter's USB output ports (5V 2.1A, 5V 2.4A/9V 2A).
- For devices requiring 15V 10A, use the included cigarette lighter socket adapter.
- The Quick Charge 3.0 port provides faster charging for compatible devices.
