3. Setup

3.1 Charging the Earbuds and Case

Before first use, fully charge your Urbanista London earbuds and charging case.

Charging the Case: Connect the supplied USB-C cable to the charging port on the case and to a power source. Alternatively, place the charging case on a Qi-certified wireless charging pad. The indicator lights on the case will show charging status.
Charging the Earbuds: Place the earbuds into the charging case. Ensure they are correctly seated; the magnetic contacts will align them. The indicator lights on the earbuds (if visible) or case will confirm charging.

A full charge typically takes approximately 1 hour.

3.2 Fitting the Earbuds

Proper fit is crucial for sound quality and Active Noise Cancelling effectiveness.

Select Eartips: Experiment with the included silicone eartips (Small, Medium, Large) to find the size that provides a comfortable and secure seal in your ear canal.
Insert Earbuds: Gently insert each earbud into your ear, twisting slightly until it feels snug and stable.

3.3 Bluetooth Pairing

Activate Pairing Mode: Open the charging case lid. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode, indicated by a flashing LED on the earbuds.
Connect to Device: On your smartphone or other Bluetooth-enabled device, go to Bluetooth settings and select "Urbanista London" from the list of available devices.
Confirmation: Once connected, the LED indicator on the earbuds will stop flashing, and you will hear an audio confirmation.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Power On/Off

Power On: Open the charging case lid, and the earbuds will automatically power on.
Power Off: Place the earbuds back into the charging case and close the lid. They will automatically power off and begin charging.

4.2 Touch Controls

Answer/End Call: Single tap on either earbud.
Reject Call: Press and hold on either earbud.

To switch between ANC and Ambient Sound Mode, press and hold the touch control area on the left earbud for 2 seconds.

4.4 In-Ear Detection

The earbuds feature motion sensors that automatically pause audio when an earbud is removed from your ear and resume playback when it is reinserted.
