4.1. Controls and Display

The LEMEGA CR2 features an intuitive control layout for easy navigation and operation. Key controls include:
- Display Screen: Shows station information, time, and menu options.
- INFO Button: Displays additional information about the current broadcast.
- Preset Buttons (1-4+): Store and recall your favorite radio stations.
- SOURCE Button: Switches between DAB/DAB+ and FM modes.

4.2. Rear Panel and Connections

5. Setup
5.1. Power Connection
- Extend the telescopic antenna fully for optimal reception.
- Connect the supplied power adapter to the DC IN port on the back of the radio.
- Plug the power adapter into a wall outlet.
- The radio will power on automatically or can be turned on using the Power button (if available, otherwise the rotary knob usually acts as power/volume).
5.2. Initial Scan (DAB/DAB+)
Upon first power-on, the radio will automatically perform a full scan for available DAB/DAB+ stations. This process may take a few minutes.
- The display will show the scanning progress.
- Once complete, the radio will tune to the first available station.
- If no stations are found, ensure the antenna is fully extended and reposition the radio, then perform a manual scan (see Section 6.1).

6. Operating Instructions
6.1. DAB/DAB+ Radio Mode
- Press the SOURCE button to select DAB mode.
- Use the Skip buttons (<< / >>) or rotate the Rotary Knob to browse available stations. Press the Rotary Knob to select a station.
- Press the INFO button repeatedly to cycle through different information displays (e.g., program type, frequency, signal strength, time/date).
Manual Scan
If you experience poor reception or want to update the station list:
- In DAB mode, press the MENU button.
- Rotate the Rotary Knob to select "Full Scan" and press to confirm.
- The radio will rescan for all available DAB/DAB+ stations.
6.2. FM Radio Mode
- Press the SOURCE button to select FM mode.
- Auto Tune: Press and hold the Skip buttons (<< / >>) to automatically scan for the next available station.
- Manual Tune: Rotate the Rotary Knob to fine-tune the frequency.
- Press the INFO button repeatedly to cycle through different information displays.
6.3. Storing and Recalling Presets
The radio allows you to store up to 20 favorite stations (DAB/DAB+ and FM combined).
To Store a Preset:
- Tune to the desired station.
- Press and hold one of the Preset Buttons (1-4+) until "Preset Stored" appears on the display.
- For presets beyond 4, press and hold the 4+ button, then use the Rotary Knob to select a preset number (5-20) and press to confirm.
To Recall a Preset:
- Briefly press one of the Preset Buttons (1-4+) to recall a stored station.
- For presets beyond 4, briefly press the 4+ button, then use the Rotary Knob to select the desired preset number and press to confirm.
6.4. Alarm, Snooze, and Sleep Timer
The LEMEGA CR2 features dual alarms, a snooze function, and a programmable sleep timer.
Setting Alarms:
- Press the MENU button and navigate to "Alarm Setup".
- Select Alarm 1 or Alarm 2.
- Configure the alarm time, source (Buzzer or last listened radio station), frequency (Daily, Weekdays, Weekends, Once), and volume using the Rotary Knob and Select (press knob).
- Ensure the alarm is set to "On".
Snooze Function:
When an alarm sounds, press any button (except Power) to activate snooze. The alarm will sound again after a short interval (typically 5-10 minutes, check display for duration).
Sleep Timer:
- Press the MENU button and navigate to "Sleep Timer".
- Select the desired sleep duration (e.g., 15, 30, 60, 90 minutes). The radio will automatically turn off after the selected time.
