Setup
1. Charging the Earbuds and Case
- Place the earbuds into the charging case.
- Connect the USB Type-C charging cable to the charging port on the case and to a power source.
- The indicator lights on the case will show charging status. Ensure the case is fully charged before first use.
2. Pairing with Your Device
- Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode (indicator lights will flash).
- On your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), enable Bluetooth.
- Search for "CrossBeats Edge" in the list of available Bluetooth devices.
- Select "CrossBeats Edge" to connect. Once connected, the indicator lights on the earbuds will stop flashing.
- The earbuds will automatically reconnect to the last paired device when taken out of the case.

The CrossBeats Edge earbuds feature intuitive touch controls on each earbud.

Maintenance
- Cleaning: Regularly clean the earbuds and charging case with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
- Ear Tips: Remove ear tips and clean them with water and mild soap if necessary. Ensure they are completely dry before reattaching.
- Storage: Store the earbuds in their charging case when not in use to protect them and keep them charged.

Troubleshooting
- Earbuds not pairing:

- No sound or low volume:
