2. Safety Information

Power Supply: Only use the provided 12V power adapter. Using an incorrect power supply may damage the product and pose a safety risk.
Waterproof Rating: The LED strip is IP65 waterproof, suitable for outdoor use and exposure to rain. However, ensure all connections and the end tail side are kept indoors or within waterproof enclosures when used outdoors.
Cutting Instructions: The strip can be cut every 0.98 inches (2.5 cm) along the designated black marker lines. Cutting at other points will damage the circuit and render that section unusable.

5. Setup and Installation

5.1 Planning Your Installation

Determine the desired length and shape for your lighting project.
Measure carefully before cutting. Remember, once cut, a section cannot be reattached without specialized connectors (not included).
Identify the location for the power adapter and ensure it is protected from moisture if installing outdoors.

5.2 Cutting the LED Strip (Optional)

Locate the black marker lines on the LED strip. These indicate safe cutting points.
Using sharp scissors, cut precisely along the black line.
After cutting, ensure the exposed end is properly sealed if it will be exposed to moisture (sealing materials not included).

5.3 Mounting the LED Strip

Unroll the entire LED strip before connecting to power to prevent overheating.
Position the strip in the desired location.
Use the provided mounting clips to secure the strip. For best results, space clips evenly to hold the strip firmly.
For outdoor installations, ensure the power adapter and all connections are housed in a waterproof box.

6. Operation

6.1 Connecting to Power

Connect the LED strip to the dimmable controller.
Connect the dimmable controller to the 12V power adapter.

6.2 Using the Touchable Dimmable Controller

Power On/Off: Short press the touch button on the controller to turn the lights on or off.
