4. Setup
4.1 Initial Power-On and Network Connection
- Connect the power adapter to the DC IN 18V port on the back of the Mondo Elite Classic and plug it into a power outlet.
- Extend the external antennas for optimal Wi-Fi and radio reception.
- Turn on the device using the power button.
- On the display, navigate to the 'Network settings' menu.
- Select 'Network wizard' to scan for available Wi-Fi networks.
- Choose your desired Wi-Fi network (SSID) from the list.
- Input the Wi-Fi network password using the controls on the device. A 'Connected' message will appear upon successful connection.
4.2 Physical Connections
- Line Out: Use RCA cables to connect to an external amplifier or stereo system.
- Aux In: Use a 3.5mm audio cable to connect external audio sources.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Basic Navigation
- Use the large rotary knob on the front panel to scroll through menus and options.
- Press the rotary knob to select an item.
- Use the 'Back' button to return to the previous menu.
- The 'Home' button (house icon) returns to the main menu.

5.2 Listening to Internet Radio
- From the main menu, select 'Internet Radio'.

5.3 Setting Presets
The Mondo Elite Classic supports up to 10 station presets (P1-P10).
- To Store a Preset: While listening to a station, press and hold one of the preset buttons (P1-P5, or P6-P10 by first pressing 'Shift') for approximately 2 seconds until the display confirms the station is stored.
- To Recall a Preset: Briefly press the desired preset button (P1-P5, or P6-P10 by first pressing 'Shift').
5.4 Alarms and Sleep Timer
- Setting Alarms: Navigate to the 'Alarm' menu from the main screen. You can set up to 5 independent alarms with customizable times, days, and wake-up sources (buzzer, preset station, or USB).
- Sleep Timer: Press the 'Snooze/Sleep Timer' button on the top of the unit to activate and adjust the sleep timer, allowing the radio to turn off automatically after a set period.
- Snooze: When an alarm sounds, press the 'Snooze/Sleep Timer' button to temporarily silence the alarm.
5.5 Bluetooth Streaming
- Select 'Bluetooth' from the main menu or source options.
- On your smartphone or other Bluetooth device, search for available devices and select 'Mondo Elite Classic'.
- Once paired, you can stream audio from your device to the radio.
